Today: 135 lb - I don't know what my weight is or how much I have lost, but I know I have lost some. I started writing a story and posting it on the internet and I spend all my time working on it and my poetry. I am never hungry and when I do eat (I only eat when I am hungry.) I can't eat very much. I walk for an hour, eat mostly fruits and veggies (I wanna become a vegiterian, but it will take me a while to get used to it.) Since I am half Korean I eat Korean food alot and the thing I like best is tofu. I enjoy holiday vacations like Christmas and Thanksgiving because I usually eat when stressed, but durring heavy eating vacations I don't have school to stress me out. During Thanksgiving vacation (10 days I think) I lost 5 pounds, and I think I lost more over this Christmas vacation. Last time I checked I weighed about 135 pounds. Pants that fit me before vacation are so big I have to hold them up now. I drink water and milk as much as I can, but if I want soda I will limit myself to drink 1 can of diet soda for the whole day. I eat no later then 6:30 every night. On Christmas and New Years I eat only veggies and dirty rice. I also do things that I interest me so much that I am not even thinking about food. I read books, write serious stories, songs, poetry, and draw to keep my mind off of food. Well if I figure out how much I weigh I'll post.
