Ht. 5'2", Start: 148 lb, Current: 193 lb, Goal: 135 lb - So If anyone is really craving fast food..try buying some turkey burger at the store and make your own hamburgers..they taste really good. You can also make sloppy joes with it as well..another thing that can replace sweets is the weight watchers ice cream treats..they have alot of varieties...All of these are low calorie and low fat..!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Current: 127 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok, a way to stop eating when you are not hungry, is not keep really really good food in the house - taste wise. for me, we don't have a whole lot of food that i like, so i only eat when i'm hungry and i've lost 3 pounds just this week.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 180 lb, Current: 160 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Okay, rather than commenting on EVERYONE's bulletins, I've decided to just answer all of your questions in one post. First off, in order to lose weight you will need to eat right, and exercise. There are no quick fixes. Everybody's body is different and everyone will need to do different things in order to lose weight. Start by reducing the amount of food that goes into your mouth. Its takes 3500 calories to make a pound. so if you cut out 500 calories a day, you will lose 1 pound a week. By exercising, you burn off even more calories, resulting in more weight lost. now what kind of food do you put in your body?? Well protein is very important because it builds muscle and muscle burns fat. Fiber rich foods help you feel full, and its always good to eat COLORFUL veggies and fruit. Drink LOTS and LOTS of water. Unsweetened tea is good too but water is the best. As for exercising, cardio NEEDS to be done in order to lose fat. Doing crunches and lifting weights only strengthen the MUSCLE but don't eliminate the fatty tissue around the muscle. Cardio like running, swimming, dancing, biking, or any other exercise that gets your heart pumping(HARD) will reduce fat. While you do your cardio you will also be gaining muscle. As for cravings, try brushing your teeth, i tend to not want to eat after my breath is minty fresh! Also buy some sugar free jello(10 calories a cup) They really kill a sugar craving. Hope i helped!

What helped me was first talking to my mom and friends about what I wanted to do so they could help me. Now I go grocery shopping with my mom and pick out the things I want around the house and I tell her the things that I don't want around the house. I love to eat fat free yogurts and fruit and you can find many ways to spruce up a boring salad with chicken and shrimp and tomatoes and avocados and fat free dressing :) By just making easy choices like getting something fat free or deciding to snack less in the beginning, you'll eventually develop habits. By getting your friends involved, you can start doing more active things with them, like riding your bikes together or going swimming on a daily basis, or even exercising together. It's difficult at first, because you're always telling yourself that you'll start tomorrow, but you have to make a commitment to start right now and set your mind to it. Every time you think of that muffin, think of loosing 5 pounds, and think of which one you want better. Also joining some gym or taking up yoga or some sport will help a lot, and if you're embarrassed, ask a friend to join with you. Don't give up dudes! And don't forget to treat yourself every once in a while, otherwise you'll go nuts. Good luck!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Current: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Some good fast food meals are: Mcdonald's- Grilled chicken asian salad;=(300 calories) Subway- 6-inch turkey sub on wheat bread;=(400 calories) Taco Time- Lite Meal (chicken taco, chicken chili, & a diet coke)=(255 calories)...I usually get those if I get fast food..they are healthy choices!

(yogurt, fruits, veggies, granola bars..ect)(((Good idea is some baked chips, put small amounts into indivual baggies and if you get a craving have one of the baggies, so you know your limit when your done with it!:) ))) Put all this food into a place in your kitchen that is easy to get too, maybe a shelf on your pantry, so you dont go looking through it and see all the bad stuff you can eat!

Ht. 5ft 9, Wt. 204 Goal 150/160 - loose weight to be healthy, don't worry when you muck up, everyone does! I founbd a way to stop you eating when you're not hungry, take up a musical instrument. I come from a musical family anyway, but was never really interested untill i got into the indie scene, I started playing guitar a month ago. When you want to sound good,(because ppl are always not as good as they want to be when coming to things like that!!!!!!!) you practice more and more. it doesn;t have to be expensive, just one you always wanted to play..... once you get your hands on one and you REALLY want to sound good, the more you practice, the more you practice, the better you get, AND the less unnecessary food you'll binge on when your bored. it might not help you, but it has me, I havent lost that much weight, but it's working slowly but surely :D

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 243 - hey i just found something i think y'all might like: 5 ways to make excersize fun!!!
1. You can meet new people. I once met a woman on the next treadmill and she should have been a stand-up comedienne. I don't know if the laughing or the walking burned more calories.
2. Turn around that bad mood. Did you know that exercise dissolves stress!
3.If you make walking your exercise of choice, you can check out the neighborhood for garden ideas.
4. People Watching... stay current in the fashion trends by walking around the mall. Yes, you are still exercising.
5. Exercise in the pool. Has to be the easiest and the most fun. Chances are you will forget that you are exercising at all.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. s:185 c:154 g:160 - Hey guys! Well i just wanted to share some healthy snack ideas. They are ssoo good!! Ok, first, take a can of mandarin oranges and drain it. Then spread them out on a plate, and cover it with plastic wrap. Then freeze it overnight or for 3ish hours until they are completely frozen. You can also try this with cherries, grapes, or any other one of your favorite fruits. Sooo good. It almost tastes like a popsicle! Good luck and enjoy! ~x*Celeste*x
