My mom tried to get me a cookie when we went to the store but I refuse and got some celery. And remember: Losing weight will be the start of a new you. When I'm done losing weight in 6 months, I'm going to look back and think 'WOW' because when your putting so much effort into getting something that you want, you'll be proud of yourself at the end. So i sat on my duff and learnt about losing weight. You get two kinds of people : Astronomers and astronauts. Astronomers research and LEARN about space. Astronaugts get out there and experience it. To lose weight you need a diet plan with restricted amount of calories/carbohydrates and an exercise plan. Drink LOTS of water and dont give up coz you'll end up in a worse place than you were before. If you give up or cheat you're hurting YOURSELF. well i took the advice i found on the site :) I joined basketball. I walk my dog 3 times a day, and i dont eat alot of junk. if im hungry i grab an apple instead of chips. when i feel sad or if i want to eat i go for a walk. All you have to do is be determined and you can do anything. Also try not to eat foods that are to fatty they are really bad for the diet but you can treat yourself everyonce in a while ;)

Last year when I went to my check-up it turned out thta I had gained 27 pounds in one year. I went from 170 pounds to 197. My mom is very concerned since she weighes only 130 pounds. She only lets me have water and makes me go to weight watchers and I am the only kid there and I weigh more than most of the people there! My mom even bought this hi-tech scale just for me. She makes me go on it every week to see progress... so far all I've see is my weight go up. I now weigh 215 pounds which is more than my dad and I am due to my next checkup on Saturday. I don't know what to do... HELP FAST!

Look you can't rush it see i use to way 150 and i lost it but it took time see just cut down your junk food and eat healthy you don't like have to like totaly stop eating chocalate just don't eat as much maybe a peice of chocalate everyother day and instead of like 6 cookies just eat like 1 or 2 and drink lots of water and you have to work out to don't just sit on your butt all day you have to get up go for a bike ride and do situps and pushups and don't over do it just do maybe 50 or 60 and push ups do at least 30 or 20 just take it slow and don't over do it and drink alot of water and 100% juice you know that is good for you too and walk and run and jog just do what you can and do it slow ok hope i helped you out if you want to respond to me go to my bullentin ok thank and good luck.

hi i just found this site a real big problem has happened to me im 11 and i weigh 214 pounds...IM NOT LYING well now i weigh more than 214 cuz on thanksgiving i ate A LOT and i gained 6 pounds a confesssion...I CAN EVEN SIT STRAIT IT HURTS I CANT EVEN FIT IN MY DESK IT HURTS i used to be average weight but i gained a lot in just this year i gained 32lbs. yea my whole family is skinny people at school call me tubby tabby and i just can stand it right at this moment im eating a slice of pizza...ive already eaten 3i have to wear stretch clothing AND WELL I NEED ADVICE but not like DIET OR DONT EAT THAT PIZZA pleez just gimme something helpful pleez

dear tabby, i used to b overweight to but i m really tall so i was sorta able to pull it of....a little. i have a problem called IBS and i cant eat dairy like the cheese on pizza ice cream and creamy fattening desserts. i was able to lose about 20 pounds but in a very unfortunate way. i cant eat all th good, creamy, fattening, normal foods, i cant even eat fruit because of the ruff peel on the skin. so, i have a question for you, if you know eating 3 slices of pizza is bad for you .....than why do you continue to eat it because if you TRY to resist the temptation of those highly fatting foods, your body will become used to the resisting of the food and soon you will be able to resist some of it. just try. because if you still want to be called tubby tabby.....go ahead but doesnt pretty skinny self confident tabby sound much much much better! dont worry , and if needed look toward the support of your family because i bet they are behind your plans of weight lose 100%!!!!

okay im like 100 pound overweight i cant stop dreaming about begin skinny or just good lokking there are so many times i wish i could look like the models and just get so mad!plus i love food i never know when to stop eating! all my friends are thin and i just feel like i cant acomplish anything untill i lose the weight there are so many times when i want to stare myself or something, it would mean so much if i could talk to someone who knows where im coming from!

i no exsactly wut ur sayin im always gettin mad at myself becuz im not skinny im sayin to myself if i was skinny i would be soo much better at this and that but me complaining and wining to myself wont help thats wut i always try and tell myself if im about to grab a cookie or sumthin like that now meaghan do u really need that after i dont eat it i feel proud of myself like ive just accomplished something even if thats not a big deal its just a cookie well it is a big deal to me to have enough self control over that even if its just a cookie.....sry i just kind of started rambling in here

i am not trying to be harsh here but when are parents were growing up 1 out of 30 kids would be maybe a little overweight no it seems that almost every other kid is over weight,love handles, rolls, man boobs, double chins. That is pathetic. it is because they spend countless hours on the computer or watching tv and eating. kids used to ride bikes everywhere, play active games, and be active, run around outside. here's one tip: try not to base every activity you do on eating, cut the extra snaks, only try one snak a day and have it be fruit, eat healthy meals, take a jogg around the block everyday, start by doing sit-ups and doubling how much u do every week, try doing push ups, ride ur bike every day, and if that doesn't work ask ur parents to buy foods without hydrogynated oils, which result in getting fat, diabetes, ya know. puttin ona few pounds. I would do anything to get skinny. I keep trying to eat less and I can do that for a while then I just eat everything I can see. I was at my auntys house today and everyone was in the garden and I was going inside to wash my hands and I saw the cookie tin in the kitchen so I just took about 6 and ate them in the bathroom even thogh I had just had lunch.Its like I cant stop.I have gained lots of weigh since i was 7 before that I was quite skinny.People keep saying I am gaining weigh. I no I am realy a fat preson now and I hate myself. I would like to die better than this. also my mom hates fat people and my parents tease me about my weigh all the time. and I gained even more while there is no school. I hate myself so much.

i know exactly how you feel. the only advice i can give is for you to eat only when your hungry and when you do eat, only eat enough to fill you up. if you go into the kitchen to get a snack when your not hungry, you need to think to yourself "i want to lose weight and by eating this food when im not hungry i am gaining more weight". the only thing you can do is fight yourself and not eat if your not hungry and dont eat a lot when you are hungry. good luck!

I need help. I'm desperate. Ive gorged at to so many fast food places in the past week and just realized all the weight i gained. Im over 250 lbs. Ive gotton so much bigger. Im ballooning up enormously. My already big stomach, thighs and love handles have been growing huge and out of control. I eat whenerver i feel like it and even when im full. I get tired whenever i get up. I need to no how to kick the bad eating habits. PLEASE HELP!

Be careful of what you eat. Exersize regularelly and when you see the tv or anything that will slow you down just say yourself "If I wan't to loose weight I have to hold back on this stuff." Intstead of going to a fast food resterant go to a less-fattening place. Drink lots of water!!!

Hello everyone my name is Jessica i am 12 years old i am 5"0 and weigh 132 pounds!
