Hi Bailey, I am also struggling with my weight. I have started walking and riding my bike more with my dad. I have been eating more fruit and drinking more water. I also put just regular cheerios in a zip lock bag and use them for snacking on. I weigh 100 lbs and im 4'9" too. Good luck! Anna

Hey! I hav the same problem but you can jog a few times around the block, jump rope, and do jumping jacks for like 10 minutes each day, and cut back on your portions of food slowly, and drink LOTS og water! :) and also if u eat when your bored( like me) you could try thinking about a food that you Really don't like.

if u find ur self eating cuz ur bored then throw down that food and go outside and play or do somthing active to subsatuit that food and then u wont be bored eaither

hi every 1 im not overweight but i know wat ur goin trew as i used to be overweight. plz do some exersie join a club witch do lot of action in. i do trampolinin and was tld by my friends wen i started i lost loads of weight. try askin ur frends to help get tem to helpwhen ur hungry eat but wen ur bourd dont tat wont help if u get bourd do somethink. if ur not sure if ur bourd or hungry stop and think do i really wan't some think to eat. i wish u all good luck and hope u reach ur goal weight

Today: 276 lb - I am 12 and weigh 276 i'm the fattest kid in 7th grade. I have an extremeley large stomach with plump thighs and obese arms. I could use any help on losing weight I gain about 50 pounds a year and think about junk food 24/7 and when I think about junk food i crave it and when i cranve it i eat it! yesterday i gained 2 pounds. I ate a big mac with a large fry and a bacon egg and extra cheese sand. plus 3 bowls of ice cream,and 7 slices of pizza. I nrmally eat just a little more than that! Plesae help me before I become heavier!

YOU NEED TO FIND ACTIVITIES TO DO IN YOUR SPARE TIME IT SEEMS LIKE YOU EAT BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO INSTED OF BEING IN YOUR KITCHIN, GO OUT SIDE, TAKE A LONG DAILY WALK,THINK OF A CREATIVE HOBBY LIKE PAINTING DRAWING,YOU COULD START A MINI GARDEN,IN A PAIL OR POT, AND JUST SIT OUTSIDE AND EAT SOME THING HEALTHY AND VERY IMPORTANTLY-YOU SHOULD DRINK WATER AT LEAST 8CUPS DAILY AND IT WILL KINDA FILL YOU UP SO YOU DONT WANT TO EAT ALOT

HI My parents were gone out of town so there was no one to stop me i went on an eating spree. I polished off 4 bags of family size potato chips, 3 burgers 2 orders of fries and 5 packets of jello pudding. And that was on the first day. My parents were gone for 2 weeks! you should find something to do when you are bored instead of eat. my sister lost 17 pounds quickly by goin on a 1500 calorie a day diet, and keeping herslef busy, she made these bracelets out of beads and sold them, ahd made a klot of money, but she kept busy and whenever she was bored she found somehting to do instead of eat. email me at groovygals123@yahoo.com

i know the feeling. i am 12 and weigh 118 pounds wich may not seem like a lot but all my friends are like 20 pounds skinnier. it sucks. i suggest that you just really think about what you are putting into your muouth before you do. think 'am i really hungry or just bored'? only eat when you are hungry, find things sto keep you busy so you dont have to resort to eating

HELP! I keep trying to lose weight and every time I fail. I don't know what to do. I have a major eating problem. I eat when I'm excited, happy, scared, depressed, and well, bored. I need some advice on how to keep away from food, cuz otherwise, I'll be 300 lbs, by the time I turn 14.

Hey Kiara I get the same sometimes I mostly eat because im bored or because 'it's there' but I try to keep myself occupied by sending e-mails or reading or something. If you went for a long walk it would give you a chance to think of your progress as well as keeping your mind off food *and you will burn up calories as well* Another tip is to drink loads of water *not only is it GREAT for your hair,skin and body but it will also fill you up* Hope this helps good luck Shaz :)
