Ht. 5'3", Start: 362 lb, Today: 406 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I'm so sick of this... I literally haven't a clue how to stop eating. My stomach hirts so bad right now, and yet I'm still eating. Why? I don't even know! I weight four hundred pounds and I'm just going to keep on getting bigger. I almost think Jeremy has given up. I can't stop eating, and lately he's been trying less and less to get me to stop. I hate the way I look and the way I feel. I look in the mirror and what stares back at me is huge, fat, bulgy, and gross. And I can barely move because I'm so big. It's so hard... everything is so hard. And yet I keep eating. I think I probably will keep eating, until one day I explode. Because no matter how big I get, or how bad it hurts, I CAN'T stop. And I can't exercise, because I'm almost too big to move. Exercise is pretty much impossible. I feel hopeless. Thanks for the suggestions and help, but I'm beyond help. I'm so huge... and there's no way I can stop this. I'm just going to get bigger and bigger. =(

you justt gotta get in control. tell your mom you need fruit and veggies. tell her not to buy any junk. if she hears it coming from you, she will understand! Jeremy posted and said she wouldn't listen to him, but that's because she needs to here it from you. to control your binging and cravings, get a small notebook and write "i will not eat that" 10 times minimum, then squeeze your hands together really tight, and last just walk away. this may sound stupid but it will work. to exercise, do small things you can think of: chores that get you to walk, wall pushups(just lean against the wall and straighten your arms), stepups (you need something to stand on 2-3 inches high, and just step up on it and back down), even just shaking your hips (in private for me) will get your heart pumping! Don't push yourself too hard and you will do fine! we all have confidence in you! love and best wishes forever!

Like I told Shannon, I found out the secret to weight loss. Well at least I think its it. Just avoid bad foods. I wanted some chocolate 2day but u know what I did? I walked away. Just walk away. Then i eventually 4got about the chocolate and im glad I did. Im looking 4ward to lunch cuz im having this really good soup my mom made. Its healthy too. Whatever she makes is healthy. Xcept 4 that pie she made last night. Didn't know my secret but 2day I figured it out.

I notice everyone gets cravings for food even I do and get confused between hunger and cravings all you gotta do is think when the last time you ate was and decide if you are hungry or just craving food if you are just craving have some water or brush your teeth it worked for me, I hope it works for you.

please, people, listen to me! Just stop eating more then 10 grams of sugar in whatever u eat, and stop eating when u rnt hungry! PLEASE try it! You will lose weight like crazy! my dad did it, and in 2 weeks he lost 25 pounds! just try it!!! Please! You will be AMAZED w/ what happens! thanks~!!!!~

Ht. 5'2", Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 100 lb - hey guys...merry xmas!!! i weigh 145 and i am 5'2..do you think in the next 5 months..jan 1st-june 1st..that i can lose like 45 pounds?!?! who thinks i can do it and what should i do..i kind of have a plan ok..breakfast-banana apple glass of skim milk..lunch-peanut butter sandwich on wheat and a granola bar...snack- fat free yogurt..dinner- baked potato canned vegetables and 2 cups fat free milk...how much weight should i or can i lose?! plus i am going to start doing a work out video 6 times a week..its like 20 minutes long. thanks!! ya i agree with adding some water. Thats what i do when im hungry for sweets. I drink water (with ice so i can eat the ice.. strange habit of mine lol) and then i dont have the urge to eat ice cream or a few pieces of candy. It works great! i like your plan! Good luck! Ya i have lost 25 lbs since sept (about 3 months) so if u got 6 months to lose 45 lbs, youll do fine ! :-)

I have a good tip for those of you suffering from the munchies.Get on the computer or just sit in your room and put the radio or your fave c.d. on. Then sing along with all the songs.If you don't know the words,make up your own.This will keep your mouth busy so you don't have to rush into the kitchen to eat something.hope this helps some of you!

the only advice i can give is for you to eat only when your hungry and when you do eat, only eat enough to fill you up. if you go into the kitchen to get a snack when your not hungry, you need to think to yourself "i want to lose weight and by eating this food when im not hungry i am gaining more weight". the only thing you can do is fight yourself and not eat if your not hungry and dont eat a lot when you are hungry. good luck!

hey, if anybody here has problems with cravings, i hope my advice will help. Well i used to have a huge problem with cravings...then i found out a way to stop it. First of all, learn to say no. If sum 1 offers you sum type of fattening food, dont take it if ur not hungry or u just want it because its like the best food ever and u just have to eat it whether ur hungry or not. And another thing...if u have a craving for junk food or n e thing..you should try and wait at least 10-15min., after that just ask urself "do i still want it?" if so, just find something a little healthier like an apple or maybe if u want..a nice big bowl of salad or wait another 10-15min. Oh and try not to eat ur main meals too fast (with time that is). Like after breakfast wait 2-3 hours before you eat again. (but if ur stomach is growling always eat something just not too fattening) OH and 1 more thing...try to make a habit of cutting portions..it helps.

Hey! it's me again, and i was just gonna say that to help me with my cravings, i chew gum. It really helps, if u eat sugar or something u always want more, so either eat a little bit and chew gum to get rid of the taste so u're not tempted again, or just chew some gum (sugarless) and it just chew until the craving is gone. It does help.

One thing that motivates me not to pig out and to exercise more is having someone who is buff to look up to. My goal is to someday be buffer than Xena! Yea! So most of the time that keeps me motivated. Just a thought for all of my fellow brothers and sisters trying to lose weight. God bless you!!!

I do sumthign tht would keep my mind off of eatin like... goin 2 a walk or play an addictive game on the comp.. sumthing like tht but if u r really cravin suttin eat carrots or sumthing healthy like an apple
