You probably wouldn't believe this,but i weigh 160pd.Yes i am ashamed of myself, but i try to lose the weight by working on my dumb-bell. if you don't know what that is, it's this machiene that you use to lstrengthen your muscels and to lose some weight. what you wanna do is cut back on how much you eat for breakfast, luch, and supper. Today: 141 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Now that summer is here, i'm actually going to have time to lose some weight. I'm about 141 now, i just gained a few pounds, but i want to be at least 120 at the end of the summer. I also have two trips to go on, so yeah. I'm gonna do this. tommorow is my last day at school. good for u.. summer is here and that is a great time to get lots of exercise!! eat health and settle your cravings with a piece of sugar free gum or lemon water.. swim bike ride and be sure to only eat when u r hungry.. not when u are bored!! good luck i no u can do it!!

Hey! When I get a craving for food I drink ice water with a little bit of lemon in it. I just sip it cause its kinda sour. The cravin eventually passes!Bye,Amanda!

When I get hungry I drink water. I add a little lemon to it so it is sour. So i don't drink alot of it. Try sipping it little by little. The craving eventually passes.Bye, Amanda!

Hey all. I posted a message on this site a few days ago and someone named Lindsay gave me a tip that eating ice helps stop cravings... Well I came home today from school and opened the fridge (automatic move)lol and I saw a plate of cupcakes sitting there. I only ate one but I went back for a second. It took me a long time to resist that second cupcake craiving lol but I grabbed some ice to eat insted. Thanks Lindsay. If anyone has some more tips just post them thanks! :)

Help me! I can't stop eating! I want to lose weight and my brain says lose weight but I can't stop eating! Does anyone know anything that helps???? I am a pig and I don't want to be anymore, whenever I get bored I eat. I just can't stop, someone tell me what to do!!!!

Hey, I know those craving and i know how hard they are so everytime you get a craving drink a glass of water your supposed to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.you should also drink one glass of water before each meal then you wont eat as much becouse water makes you full plus water has no calories you can also try eating half of every meal and saving the rest for later!you can make a calorie chart and keep track of all the caloroies you take in try not to go over 2000 a day or it will turn in to fat!! hope i helped candy

Hi guys Im 4'7 and I weigh like 140 pounds. My tummy is huge and squishy and people in school come and squeeze it and then run away because I am 2 slow to catch them. My mommy once when all of my family was all together picked my shirt up and showed evryone my flab and my brothers were laughing. I feel bad when my mommy says I am a fat cow who eats too much and my daddy says that he will love me mor if I lose some waight. My brothers call me porkchops and my doctor says I weigh too much and that I am too chubby. I can't tie my shoes cuz then my tummy hurts and no clothes will fit me I love food and my mommys a good cook but she makes me eat just a carrot so I sneak choclate cake behind her back. I keep getting fatter and fatter plese help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, I understand what your going through! and i know all those cravings.But...when ever you have a craving maybe you should drink a glass of water to help the cravings.Water has no calories so you wont gane weight! and you need to drink 6-8 glasses a day (also you can find diet soda that has no calories)Good luck i hope i helped!! carry

hey rachel! i had the SAME problem i would do good on my dieting for about 2 weeks then get craves and start eating alot and COULDNT stop! but heres a way i stopped. i made sooo many plans that i was always busy and forgot about eating(not all the time, i did eat but not as much) it really hepled me out! i hope it mite help you out to! email me back to say watcha think at chikwoundupempty@netscape.net

A good way to stop them is to drink alot of ICE cold water and then tell yourself ou can eat it in exactly an hour or something... by then youll have gotten over it.. Another way is getting yourself as far away from teh problem as POSSIBLE. Like go for a walk or swimming or something.. hope this helped!

ok you guys i have a serious prob. i weigh a whole lot more than i expected and i weigh 325. its not because im lazy or anything but its heriditary. im not using that as an excuse but ive done alot to try but i would like to try new stuff does anybody think tryin slim fast weight watchers and taking chitosol would be too much? im on the chitosol right now but i think i need more i was also going to try to only comsume like 1000 calories a day is this pushing it? please send lots of replies im desperate for help and will try anything ! all my friends are skinny and i feel just gross. im not worried about being obese cuz i dont look good in swimsuits but for my health my dad has numerous medical probs and i dont want to end up like him. im hoping in a yr or 2 i can be down to like 150 or 140 and i think i can do it but i need ur help with encouragement and ideas so pleez everyone reply! haha thanks!!!!! -Love- Me

My favorite thing is if I am having a sweets crazing instead of eating that chocolate, Buy a can of marshcino cherries. There only 10 cal per cheerry and fat free and taste great!

I am 14 years old and I know I am not over weight but I want to loose some pounds. I excercise at the local gym at least twice a week and I try to eat less but I just get a craving for junk and it just messes up everything. What can I do to get rid or a craving so I can loose some weight in about a month?

Hi I am 5'8 and 250lbs. I really want to lose weight. I started REALLY trying to lose it by excersising and watching my calories. I did this for about 2 1/2 weeks then easter kicked in and i sort of got off track. I am getting back on the habit of excersising and counting my calories. Does anyone have any tips? I would really appriciate them. And also another thing that is making me wanting to lose the weight is that i have never had a boyfriend and i really want one but i know that i cant get one becasue i am fat. ~Heather
