Ht. 5'4", Start: 184 lb, Today: 184 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Omg I found the perfect way 2 loose weight Chew gum! This way u have somrthing in ur mouth and can chew on it and it tastes good. now u won't be tempted to eat as much!

I have found over the years that keeping a large water bottle with me and drinking it throughout the day helps. Also I have found that working out helps SO much. Working out daily will help you feel like snacking less and when you have the urge to eat when you shouldn't distract yourself. Go out for a walk or on a bike ride or read a good book. Good luck.

Why don't you just eat smaller and when you are hungrey fill up on water you'd rather fill up on water then on candy and chips of just go out with your friends and go walking or if thats not fun for you jump rope with them, go to the local pool, or just dance or play tennis. My friends can dance real well so I go to dances and dance instead of sitting and watching them. I'm overwieght but every time I dance I sweat and then go home and have a salad or a big bottle of water...Trust me it will all work out in the end I have lost at least 5 lbs in the past few weeks.....email me if you want at lilactre

Hey, I am in seventh grade and I am always made fun of. I have been trying to lose weight for 2 years now. Jog when you get mad. It helps a little ok. bye

maybe you should try geting into some sort of activity like maybe a swimming club or a running club or sumthing that you enjoy that will also providing excersise i was told when i was little that i can to anything i put my mind to so . i'm positive you can to
so try to ask your mom or dad for suggestions good luck

heres a fun way to lose weight: find a radio station that u lyk and dance like crazy to every song they play for hours. its a great workout and a great way 2 lose urself and feel good

Well don't eat junk food. Eat 3 meals a day and for a snack have fruit. Exersise as much as you can handle, maybe 20-30 minutes a day. And eat healthy foods. For a treat, if you had a good week and you exercised at least 4-5 days a week and ate pretty healthily, you can have a cookie or something. Not too much, though.
Whenever you feel like you want to eat junk food or just eat out of boredom, do something else--call a friend, play outside, read, draw, turn on your radio and dance to the music and sing along with it, ANYTHING at all to get your mind off food. You go girl!

you need to eat only 3 balanced meals a day and if you feel like snacking eat a fruit and drink a full glass of water a 1/2 hour later go for a run or a jog dont let food concer your mind you need to think of things to do if you have nothing to do and just are going to sit in front of the tv and eat think of hanging out with friends or going some where plus your body is still agusting and making all diffrent kinds of things your not quite used too yet but your body will change as you grow does mean o i can eat anything my body is changing it means eat right and exersise and you will change!!

Dear Nicole,
i know how you feel. boys don't talk to me.and in school i sit in the middle of two of them. I ask them what time it is, and all they do is laugh. somtimes what i do is i write a book, or a song,or something. and if it is good you don't eat that much because you want to finish it. so try that. and e-mail me if it works!

you could alaways call a friend or go online and im people instead of eating just before you go to eat wonder if that will make you happier than being thin and if not then don't do it!

i just wanted to say I LOST 3 POUNDS YESTERDAY AND HAVE KEPT IT OFF TODAY AS WELL!!!IM SSOOOOOOOOOOOO INCREDIBLY HAPPY!!!!!:-D!!!!!!!!!ALL I DID WAS EAT LESS THAN I USUALLY DO BUT I STILL ATE THE STUFF I LIKED AND HEALTHY STUFF, AND I STAYED OUTSIDE FROM 12:30PM-9:30 OR 9:45PM!!!!!!AND I HAD SOOOO MUCH FUN!!I SWAM,WENT ON AN AEROBIC RIDER THING AT A FRENDS HOUSE, PLAYED KICKBALL, AND PLAYED CAPTURE THE FLAG, AND PLUS I RAN AFTER ONE OF MY GUYFRENDS FOR A WHILE!!!I HAD SOO MUCH FUN AND I JUS WANTED TO LET YA GUYS NO WAT I DID!!!
