dont think about who you want to be lighter then or how much you want to weigh just keep trying to be as healthy as you can do some fun things with your family or friends like joing to the park or bike riding and dont do it for other peopl do it for you

Hello, I have another idea if your still having cravings everytime you think about eating more than you should get up and take a walk youll get fresh air and exercize and youll stop thinking about food (dont eat enless your hungry) i really want to help you lose weight candy!

try doing avtivities to keep your mind off eating...go hang out at a friends house...ride your bike, and if you want to lose weight runor swim...things that make your heart and lungs work are good for you! hope i helped

You might have seen my messages before, but this time I need serious help. I can't stop eating. I figure if I'm able to challenge myself, I might be able to stop. Whoever posted not eating after 7, thanks a bunch. I don't eat after dinner, even though my family eats dinner really late. The water thing really helps at night too. But since I've always chowed down after school, I go home and automatically open the refridgerator. Is there anyone here like that? I feel so balloony everytime I eat, but I can't help myself. At least now I drink enough water.

i use to always have snacks after school too. but what i do now is go on the computer and spend all my after school time there untill my mom comes home and cooks dinner. or u can just do your homework till dinner

This is what I would do, take your mind off eating by doing fun things like going to the mall or playing sports with friends. Thats what I did and I lost the 8 pounds I needed to lose.

I have the same weight problem. What helps out alot is if you try to have lots of fun by playing. That usially takes my mind off food and you also feel good physically. And if your a kid you shouldn't have to bother with hard excercises like push-ups and sit-ups, just stay active. Also maybe you should enroll in a sport. I play softball and that really keeps me feeling physically good and takes my mind off food.

I'm the same weight,height,and age as you so I know how you feel. Try to get into a sport like football, basketball, or baseball thats a fun way to get physically fit and get your mind off food. It works for me. Try to stay active and have fun by doing it like running around and playing with friends.

Hey there! I am 15 years old, 5'5, and I weigh about 150 lbs... I am really into sports and I love playing them, but when I am not at practice or in school I am sitting on the couch eating junk food. hey dont watch tv as much, that is what makes you bored, and really try not to eat whle watching tv, it makes you eat more, true fact! listen to music and while listening do stomach crunches, if you just listen to the music you wont be concetrating on the crunches so they wont do as hard

Hi. This is my first time on this site. I need help bad. I have been fat for 6 or 7 years now. I am 4'10 and weigh a huge 400 pounds. This makes me feel so sad and unhappy. So I eat. And I mean eat. When I get really unhappy I can eat 2 x-large pizzas myself. My stretche marks line my body. I have a donut sized belly butten. I need specially made cloths. I tried to find cloths at normal stores but they didn't fit. 2 years ago I was at a friend's house swimming. I put my new swim suit on and the seems exploded the seconde I bent over. I just feel so bad. Please help me. I need all the help and comments I can get.

Hi, Here is a tip i picked up the other day.If you are unhappy with yourself and eat to make up for it you should get a hobby (no offense but not eating).Okay when you start to think about picking up a donut or a pizza you should go and start doing things that have to do with your hobby(here are some ideas for your hobbys exercising,writing stories, going on the internet to surf,read books,go outside and shoot some hoops (basketball),or even studying,etc.....)!! Hey everybody! You have a British visitor here! Anyway, I'm about 11 stones (I'm not sure what that is in pounds, if u know, please tell me!!) I'm not really overweight but I hate the fact that I'm larger than all of my friends. I just pick at food all day. If I'm bored, I'll just go see what's in the kitchen and if there's something there, I'll eat it, then go back for more. Hey! next time your bored and you want to eat 1)have a glass of ice cubes or water or 2) Go for a walk! I heard that excercising makes you less hungry and if you don't like excercising, tell youself it's NOT excercising, it's just a little walk! 3)If there's any dogs in you're neighborhood offer to walk them for money.The dog gets a walk, you get money and excercise, I mean a harmless walk that can make you lose weight AND have fun!
