Keeping the tempting food out of the house makes it easier not to eat it

Hey there! I want to tell you what Really works I have never been over weight but i would like to help you just like you asked if you follow these simple thing then you can loose the pounds I use to weigh 120 but now i weigh 114 because I used this simplpe Diet plan I am not trying to disscourage you but here is what you got to do Simply eat only 3 meals a day like breakfast, lunch, and dinner and if you get hungary in between then just eat some fruit! but dont eat junky foods I know they are adicting but they will make you gain even more though I love them 2 like everyone you can have them Only once in awhile but You gotta have self-control. But most important is that you get plenty of exercise too like start out with 50 sit ups crunches and ride ur bike or go on a walk with a friend or by ur self u will notice you will start loosing pouns if you just follow what i said....weight is important for health and well being so I know you can do it:) Good Luck:) :)

Today: 144 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone! I'm 15 and weigh about 144lbs...I've been trying for months to loss weight(I want to weigh at most 130lbs but I just can't seem to do it! I've been running almost everyday and trying to watch what I eat, but the problem is I'm addicted to food! esp. carbs and sweets, which is what I shouldn't be eating!! ahh! How do you all do it?? help!

what i am doing now is i am drinking all the water i can, i am now 172, and so i drink 22 cups of water aka 9 water bottles, drink more, and don't eat past 7!!!! you can eat all of that junk, just eat less, every other night i have a root bear float, just, aet a lot less of it, (save the rest for tommarrow!!)

Hey people, whats up? I am not really overweight(I am 5 feet 10 inches, and about 177 pounds, plus I am muscular). But I do eat alot! Does anyone know how to get rid of this obsession? It's really annoying how I finish a HUGE meal, and then a minute later, I am wondering what I am gonna eat for my next meal. So I am thinking about food ALL THE TIME. I don't want to think about it, but it's like it's programmed into my brain, to want to always stuff my face. Thats why I am not looking forward to the holidays, because I have already put on 5 pounds, in like a week! If anyone else can help me about this, PLZ reply. Thanks:)

Are u active cause if ure active in sports or in a club or anything ure mind usually isnt on foods so ure not eating constantly or thinking about them as for not eating as much try eating slower it takes at least 20 minutes for ure stomach to tell ure brain that ure full

Well i'm back from my friend's cookout and i had a good time today. I had 6 burgers 4 hotdogs 3 bratwursts 4pieces of chicken some salad fruit some pop and kool-aid and bunch of other deserts like cake cookies chips andsome delicious brownies. I am sorry that iwent off my diet and my lillte brother was to busy playing basketball and running with the other kids to watch what i ate. So i lied and told him that i didn't eat that much.

well when you go to parties like that yu could bring some water. when you get hungry drink the water until you are full.If you are not full eat a little but not too much like maybe 2 hotdogs or 1 hamburger and 1 or 2 sidings not a whole bunch
