OMG! I was doing sooo good on my diet and then today I totally pigged out! WHAAAAA! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I think I am going to be extra good tomorrow and just concentrate on getting the extra pound (or two) off.... sigh. I was doing so well! I don't know what happened! Well... I guess I'll just get back on track... any suggestions on keeping with my diet?

Alot of times if you start a really extreme diet you will be more likely to "pig out" often, so just start out with a siple diet and gradually (sp?) work you're way up, its worked for me so far!

hi i just found this site a real big problem has happened to me im 11 and i weigh 214 pounds...IM NOT LYING well now i weigh more than 214 cuz on thanksgiving i ate A LOT and i gained 6 pounds a confesssion...I CAN EVEN SIT STRAIT IT HURTS I CANT EVEN FIT IN MY DESK IT HURTS i used to be average weight but i gained a lot in just this year i gained 32lbs. yea my whole family is skinny people at school call me tubby tabby and i just can stand it right at this moment im eating a slice of pizza...ive already eaten 3i have to wear stretch clothing AND WELL I NEED ADVICE but not like DIET OR DONT EAT THAT PIZZA pleez just gimme something helpful pleez

i think u an i have the same problem i am 5ft and wegh 150 but i no it is hard 2 lose weght but i have all ready lost 25 ponds just by walking every night and haveing things like apples and yogurt 4 breaksast and 4 on;y haveing 2 slices of pizza

Donuts areally fatening. You should not eat them that often. I used to eat very badly, but I set a goal for myself, and reached it. Instead of sweets, I ate fruits and vegies, and instead of watching tv, I went for walks around the block. It really works. It's been 2 years now of eating healthy, and I have lost about 40 pounds. You can do it if you really want.

my name is amanda im so over weight i weigh 250 pounds i have stretch marks all over myself like my stomach,arms,hips,inside and outside of legs,soo on!!!every 1 makez fun of me even my whole family even my own parents i have no friends because im very fat and shy i have 1 best friend but she makes fun of me and puts me down too i cry all the time b cause i live wit only my dad and my mom lives 20 minuts from me but she dont care and neither does my dad he makes fun of me. i rele wanna make myself skinny to imporve myself if any 1 has any thing that will help me loose the weight i would rele aprshiate it :(

Courtney what did you do to lose the 30 pounds? And this is what you should do to lose 15 more pounds: eat what you want just small portions and exercise 30 minutes everyday do something with your legs if you wnat to lose that fat there walk, run, bike, etc. and do 20 squats or lunges.

Well i ate all three meals and got lik 9 to 10 hours a sleep becuz it fastens ur metabolism by 40 precent got out of the house and did sumitin everyday.. stayed away for fast food and resturants and exercised alot....

No you cant lose that much weight in one month sorry. But you can do it in a couple months. The healthiest amount of weight to lose a month is 10 pounds it takes time. But if you lose weight fast you will gain it back fast. This is what you should do for diet do what my friend did she cut out all snacks and sugar all she ate were 3 healthy meals a day. And she lost 20 pounds in one summer. But to lose weight a little faster add 30 minutes exercise 5 days a week. Do what you like to do bike ride, walk, swim etc. Don't wrry you will see major results in 3 months.

This is what you should do. Cut way down on fried food and sugar. Drink more water. And exercise 30 minutes a day. Do what you like to do bike ride, walk, swim, etc. You will see results and I hope this helps.

ok your not real7y fat atall but if you do want to loose weight try drinking water in stead of eating chocolate and eat meals slowly and you get full loads quicker and stop eating when you are full never try to get that little bit in and do about 20-100 sit ups every day and walk to school or grab some friends to go for a bike ride it worked for me i went to 120lb to 110lb by doing the things i jst told you i hope it helps good luck :+)

well i think that you should run or walk 30 mins. a day, or just go for a bike ride. if you have a pet, even playing with it helps, even if you have a hamster! eat no fats, and no cookies, chips or sugar... have lots of pineapple, grapefruit and oranges, they help.. that's what i'm doing!

Ok, first of all, not eating breakfast and lunch is very unhealthy. VERY unheralthy. You should have a godd breakfast. My bud, who is almost the same stats as u, eats watermelon for breakfsat, which supposedly fills her up. She looks really Good. I think she is 5'6 and 155 ish. I dont really like watermelon, so i have a glass of water, and a nutra grain bar, or special K cereal. Special K works well. for Lunch, I have a sandwich ( usually tuna or PBJ ), bottled water, and either asmall bag of pretzels, or carrots. both fill u up well. When I get home from skool, i always have a craving for sweets, but I either do my hw to take up time until dinner, or watch tv/go on the net and chat with buds. It takes up a lot of time, and makes me forget about my carvings for food. I then have dinner (try to eat 1 serving, but u can have more if ur hungry :-) ) and finish up my hw. Exercise is goood!... Well first of all before you eat a meal drink a big glass of water, it fulls you up so you dont eat as much. If you eat large portions eat half of what you eat and save the rest for later. yes, i do. Here are some things. no more pop dont eat past 8 PM count your calories eat half of what you eat, and save the rest for later dont skip meals, or else your body will eat your fat Excersize so that you can born more calories then you consume...then you will lose weight. GOOD LUCK!

Hi my name is Marshall and I have some advice for you. Do not eat alot of red meat like steak. Cut out as much junkfood as you can. Cut out sodas completely drink 5 or more glasses of water a day. Cut all the normal potions that you eat in half. Jog or walk around the block or neiborhood then do 30 sit ups and some leg exercizes like squats or lunges.

k its hard for ppl that have never lost weight to tell ya wat to do but coming from me i can give you great tips i worked my but off and in 2 months i have lost 20 lbs. 1st off no matter wat DO NOT EAT AFTER 6 (MOST IMPORTNT THING) 2nd take soda rite outta yur dieat ya gettin hungy between meals grap a bannanna or ne fruit or veggie. dont over eat n if ya hav a cravin dnt killyurself this is no 2 week thing ya gotta liv wit it the rest of yur life have a snak everyonce in a wile ...try these snaks pretzels or italian ice or frozenyurgurt..low fat doesnt meen not fattrenin dnt go crzzy wit it jus eat it at MOST once a week n b4 u snak out reed servin suggestions also hold off for 10 min if 10 min lata ya still want it go for it EVERYTHIN IN moderation tho hope this helps
