do this 1.get a lot of sleep 2.wake up early everyday and xersise(have water with u) 3.have a friend along with u. friends help encourage u. and u guys can BOTH lose weight 4.everyday eat veggies, fruits and low fat meals. 14g per meals(only have 2 meals) BUT SMALLIN UP UR PERPORSIONS! that means eat less then u used 2 5.never say that u cant do it bcuz u can 6.xersise after u eat dinner 7.ONLY have 1500 calories a day 8.remember eat healthy hope i helped!

You no what you have to Quit eating fatty foods like cookies, twinkies, Chips, its reallly BAD for you i use to always eat Crap like that and you no what i decided to Quit doing that and i went on a diet I ate healthy foods I CUT OUT ALL THE SWEETS and you no what I got lots of exersize I ride my bike every day and do 100 cruntches and 100 sit ups I know you can do it to! :) I have lost all my belly fat almost and you no what if you eat like really good like fruits veggies some meats and CUT ABSOLUTELY ALL the sweets ice cream AND most important of all Always exersize and dont sit! watching Tv and eating thats just being lazy and that makes you even fatter...take long walk for about 25 min or ride a bike for 25min to 30 min a day Ive been doing this and you no what i have been eating right to if you do this what ive been doing then you will lose that belly fat just remember eat right and... HI! Remember when going on a diet, pick the right one for you, always be positive and excerise tons! It really helps. Just go out side and go on a mile walk , and rememer to always drink water...kk, Just beleive in your self!

I really want to lose about 70 lbs, but I really can't get myself to do it. I'm overweight, and it's disgusting. I do try to eat right, but that only works for a period of time, because then I go back to my old, gluttonus ways. It really blows. I want to exercise, but both of my knees are busted from things that I used to do, like cheerleading and track. I know that all of my friends think I'm overweight, but they're just a little too nice to say it. They say, "Oh, you're just fine the way you are!" But I'm not! I'm 5'4" and 190lbs! How the hell is that fine? I know that it partially has to do with my personality, but what about my image? I look in the mirror, and all I see is this person with a huge tummy, flabby arms and butt, huge thighs, and what looks like a double chin. It drives me up the wall!The problem is, is that I don't look 190lbs, I look about 170lbs to other people. But that's because I have big bones and just a bit of muscle left in me. It's still gross and I can't stand it.So, anyway... Is there anybody who can help me with my problem?

Ask Your parents to Do not Buy Junk food for and Buy Healthy food Exercise every day. The main thing that will make you lose with is running for about 45 min.You should be able to lose weight Because you are still growing. Have Faith in Yourself.Write in Your diary to let the presure go.

Hi I am Halle and I was just like you at age nine I weighed 121 but since then I am only 90 pounds and have no fat. What I did was wathed what I ate. No candy or things with lots of calories. You should introduce yourself to a healthy life style. Try exersizing. Get weights and do a 100 every day. Do lots of sit ups. You can do it I know you can.

Hey~ I dont even no y im saying n e thing 2 u cuz i dont no how 2 help u. Everybodys body is different and every1 wood lose weight @ a different pace. My advice is cut down on sugary sweets like candy or wutever. Then u can eat healthier stuf like salads, meat(without the fat), etc. Drink lots of water, that'll help u out a little mor. Exercise is a good thing wen it cums 2 losing weight. I myself am trying 2 lose and i no that it gets frustrating. But i no u can do it. Just eat healthier, exercise, drink mor water, and believe in urself. U can do it!!! I hope this wuz @ least a little helpful 2 u. =)

I got so lazy this summer all i did was play my x-box and my stomach got bigger. My friend went on vaction a day after school ended and he was 210 lbs. you normally gain weight on vacation, but he didnt, he came back and was 5'4 145 lbs. and looks great. When he came back yesturday we played in his pool and the whole time he was starring at my gut and his sister who is 5 and very skinny came up tto a spot where I was laying took out some whiped cream and sprayed it into my mouth saying " What else can we stuff in you FAT mouth?" her brother was laughing and I got up my friend jumped on my back and said look Iam riding a cow!! he patted my stomach and it wiggled back and forth then he grabbed it and said "Well I see you ate alot this summer FATTY" and i pushed him of and ran home in my boxers my Fat flabbing everywhere. Please Help.

to lose weight u could not play as much x box and go outside and do stuff and try not eatin junk food also when school starts u'll probably lose a lil weight becasue u'll be busy but after school and stuff u could go for a walk or do some kinda excercise and if u don't wanna excercise then just don't eat as much make sure u have good portions and all that junk

Start: 160 lb, Today: 210 lb - Help i need to lose weight before school starts. When the summer ended i was overweight at 160 and some people teased me. It wasnt very noticible. Now i weigh 210 lbs. My stomach got so big and really shows through my shirts. I also developed breasts that also shoew through my clothes. My face changed and became more plumper. i try to eat healthy but when junk food is around me i eat it. If anyone could tell me an exercise that focuses on the chest please tell me. u don't really have to do a hardcore excercise u could just try maybe riding ur bike or hangin out with friends more also once school starts u'll probably lose weight cause u won't have as much spare time and if u have a really really bad cravin for junk food just drink a diet soda or water and then weight awhile and go do somethin and hopefully you'll forget about it
