u don't really have to do a hardcore excercise u could just try maybe riding ur bike or hangin out with friends more also once school starts u'll probably lose weight cause u won't have as much spare time and if u have a really really bad cravin for junk food just drink a diet soda or water and then weight awhile and go do somethin and hopefully you'll forget about it

Ht. 5'4", Today: 115 lb (BMI %tile: 59) - im not overweight cuz i weigh 115 and im 5'4 but i got this 4 overweight ppl. i got it off this site. i dont think ppl look @ the stuff that much here cuz they ask bout how 2 lose weight. well it says:Cut in half whatever you usually eat, eat half, and save half for later. You're not giving it up, because you can have it later. If you're at a restaurant, ask the waitress to box up the half you don't eat and take it with you to have the next day. Even cutting just a third or a fourth off will help. The idea is to eat the same things you are used to, just less of them. This is hard for the first week or two, but then it gets easier. Cutting down by little steps each day may be easier. Then it's like a new habit. You don't even miss the extra food. You can then adjust the size of the servings you eat, so that you stay where you want your weight to be. Hi Curly I am 12 and 150 too I just want to tell you that all you have to do is eat right like eat more fruits and veggies chicken and fish and try to stay away from mayonnaise cheese fried foods and sweets. And exercize bike ride or go for a walk for 30 minutes a day and after you do that do 20 to 30 sit ups and leg exercizes.

Don’t worry about it! ~! ~ If everyone was skinny, and beautiful, the world would be awful, and so, I don’t think you need to lose any weight. But if there is a chance that you are saying "I just want to be skinny!" then this is my Advise to you. My dad ate no sugar for 2 weeks, and he lost 20 pounds, and my sister drank like, 4-5 bottles of water a day and lost about 10-15 pounds!~ And, I ride my bike 2-3 miles every day only if I did not go places with my friend, or if I did not get any exercise during the day. My question is to everyone is, why do people ask how to lose weight? I mean, there is no secret, no special way to lose weight, I mean, it does not happen overnight!~ Everyone know how to lose weight!~ Eat right, drink lots of water, and exercise!~ I weigh about 130 pounds right now, and I feel over weight. hey drimk 9 glasses o water a day 5 sit ups when u wake up and 5 b4 u sleep then move up 1 a day like day 1, 5 situps day 2 ,6 situps and so on. When u reach 50 u should have lost some lbs. Cut meat in half and with some veggies cucumbers watrmelon and cantelope and NO CANDY OR SNACKS unless its healthy snacks no sodas or koolaid just water and ride your bike(if u have 1) or walk and run.Take a jump rope and jump on ur porch watch fitness channels and copy them. Have dance competitions with ur buds and say the winner gets to teach every1 a new step or take dance lessons sign up 4 sports and eat less Try 2 cut back on sweets 1 small peice of candy a week or 1 soda a week eat a bannana 4 breakfast a cucumber and ha;lf of a peice of baked chicken or if u eat out order a salad with any meal and water with NO FRIED FOOD!!! eat healthy exersise daily and BEST OF LUCK!!!

Soo u wanna lose weight huh? Well first thing u need to do is stop eating fatening foods like ice cream.. and soda.. second.. you need to not eat as much like if u regularly eat Mashed potatoes and a salad for dinner cut that in half.. third... DRINK WATER!! I mean a lot of it!! fourth thing is make a goal and don't stop doing this until u have reached your goal!!! Hey Melissa! You and me have almost the same exact problem. I was once called at school a Fat Butt. I weigh 185 lbs. This summer me and my family are going on a diet,cause im sick of not fitting into clothes and not feeling healthy. Maybe this will help!
A. Morning: Eat a healthy ceral ( Frosted Flakes )
B. Afternoon: Have what you would like but, make it into small portion sizes
C. Afternoon: Instead of watching tv, take a walk,ride your bike,go swimming
D. Have a healthy dinner ( watch your portion sizes!! )
E. Get 8-9 hours of sleep!!

there is no easy way to lose wheight. you have to do it with hard work and dedication. you should eat less fattty foods and eat more nutrisions foods and exercise more.

cut ur portions in half and eat lots of veggies and lots of fruit(but not too much fruit) and if u do this u wont have to exercise that much! well it works for me.....

Hey u can try 2 eat little bites, and eat slower!Also, try 2 get over the urge 2 eat...whenever ur hungry, just go 4 a walk or something instead, then u wont b as hungry...eat 3 meals a day and make sure ur snacks r healthy, such as fruits.Good luck!;-)

you can walk go roolerbading biking and sit ups!
try to drink lots of water and no junk food!
when u get cravings drink a glass of water!
you may not like vegtables but try to eat them !

Hey! I am finely losing weight and I am so happy. I lost weight but all I did was eat better and smaller porition but now I am doing to add some exercise and I was wongering if this would be enough. Ok, go for a 30 min walk everyday, 90 crunchs a day, and weight training 2 times a week for about 15 mins. So what do you think. I have tried a million things and I did so much exercise I didn't even has time but I have started this workout and it is easy so if you guys think that it is good I will stick with it. Thanks for all your help!!!!!!!!

hey gur, no problem i can give you some tips, assuming that u can chase an icecream truck , i bet you can take a walk, every day go a little farther, it might be hard at first and it might get boring so bring a cd player\cassete player w\ you, and why have icecream it has no nuitritional value. instead hand a pair of jeans on ur wall and look @them EVERY DAY!!!!! eat fiber(bread pasta patato<~~(no extra junk on it}. and have fruits and veggies(bananas are great and u can make all sorts of things with them, like smoothies{2-3 bananas cup of ice table spoon off chocolate and 2 cups of milk(1%) }and they are good!!!! take fiber every mourning. walk mourn and night, walk afterdinner then go to bed, NO MIDNIGHT SNACKS!!!!! try to get up earlyer each day 4 ur walk!!!
