hey gur, no problem i can give you some tips, assuming that u can chase an icecream truck , i bet you can take a walk, every day go a little farther, it might be hard at first and it might get boring so bring a cd player\cassete player w\ you, and why have icecream it has no nuitritional value. instead hand a pair of jeans on ur wall and look @them EVERY DAY!!!!! eat fiber(bread pasta patato<~~(no extra junk on it}. and have fruits and veggies(bananas are great and u can make all sorts of things with them, like smoothies{2-3 bananas cup of ice table spoon off chocolate and 2 cups of milk(1%) }and they are good!!!! take fiber every mourning. walk mourn and night, walk afterdinner then go to bed, NO MIDNIGHT SNACKS!!!!! try to get up earlyer each day 4 ur walk!!!

all i know to say is drink more water, and exercise as much as u can every chance you get! instead when u get hungary eat healthy food no juck food. if you get hungary drink a glass of water but dont starve yourself! ps drink as much water as posible an exercise as much as posible!

i have been using this site for about a month now , (under different names!) and when i first came and did the weight calculator it said i was 'in danger of being seriously ove weight' i have just done it again ( after losing , umm i dont knowhow much!) and it said 'neither under or over weight ' . i dont actually kow what i did differently apart from drinking water ! about 2 liters a day . i just thought id share it wit you syou can see that if i can do it any one can !!! xxxx good luck all of you

well ppl have been tellin me to walk/run/jog everyday. also u need to stop eating junk food and tell ur parents not to buy any junk food that will b 2 tempting. have them buy good fruits and veggies such as apples oranges and carrots. drink lots of water and if u have a trampoline jump on it everyday. if u have a pool do some neat tricks in there that will benefit to losing weight. also put on a great cd that gets u up and dancin to tha music but dont go all crazy and get dizzy. do some dancing and stretching at the same time. thats what we did in my dance class. we would warm up to a great song at first then we'd start learning the dance. but u can just make up some dance moves and that will work too. good luck~!~!

Hi,
I have a good idea, you can get lean Cuasines, some are really BAD but then there are some that are really good! You should try fetticenni alfredo, or fetticenni alfredo with chicken.They have lots of great stuff. Also walk a mile a day, I know that sounds bad but really its not if you just walk, and if you don't have a mile of land like me walk up and down your street, or around you house. walk as much as you can and if you do these things every day that wieght will be off in no time.

Hey. Don't eat after your full. And run and walk everyday or go to the gym and work out 3-7 days a week. Eat grilled foods and fruits and vegetables. I know this works cuz b/c i've lost 40 lbs. good luck

Hi Bethany. My name is Ryne and I'm overwieght also but I'm doing something about it. About 5 or 6 weeks ago I weighed 245 pounds. Now I weigha little less than 205 pounds. I want to get down to 175. Well, I was getting rude things said to me also until finally I decided to do something about it and lose weight. I go to the gym most of the week and work out. Here is my work out: Bicycle/2 sets of 15 minutes...stride machine/2 sets of 15 minutes....and i do some of the machines. If you can't get to a gym then here's what i would do...Walk one day for about 10 minutes and everyday raise the time a little bit until you get to 30 minutes. When you eat, eat grilled foods instead of fried. Don't eat salty foods. Drink water instead of coke. Eat vegetables and fruit. I know this sounds hard and it is for the first week or so but it worked for me. I can resist fatty foods now and i feel good... (view more)

Start: 182 lb, Today: 170 lb - hey! I just want to let everyone know, that if you make yourself up a simple diet plan, like no junk food, veggies fruits lots of water and excersie, it does work. When I started 2 1/2 - 3 weeks agao i weighed 182 pounds, now i'm 170 pounds. So if u just stick to it, you can do anything!

Drink a glass of water before eating, and eat half of what you normaly eat.

you dont need to listen to them and if you really are upset with your wight and you have tried diets and they havent worked then just eat healthy and get plenty of exersize i know it sound too simple but over time it will work

Dont worry about it because i weigh 130 and people dont think im fat and guys like me if u do some sit ups and run up and down the stairs or turn on some music and dance to it it would really help you i use to be 150 but lost 10 pounds from doin all that stuff well i hope you take my advice
