HI MY NAME IS NICOLE I AM 13 YEARS OLD 5 FOOT AND WEIGHT 135 POUNDS. I HATE MY WEIGHT AND NEED SOME TIPS ON HOW 2 LOSE WEIGHT. I TAKE DANCE 2 TIMES A WEEK(JAZZ AND TAP) AND WALK THE GOLF COURSE ALMOST EVERYDAY(I PLAY GOLF ON THE SCHOOL GOLF TEAM)AND NO MATTA WAT I DO I CANT STOP EATING AND NO MATTA HOW MUCH EXERCISE I DO I CANT LOSE A POUND! ALL MY FRIENDS ARE SKINNY AND WHEN WE HAD OUR FORMAL DANCE IN BOSTON(WE WENT THERE ON A TRIP 4 2 DAYS WITH THE 7TH GRADE)I LOOKED HORRIBLLE IN THE DRESS AND THEY ALL LOOKED GOOD ) ALSO WHEN EVA I GO 2 PLAY WITH MY FRIENDS OUTSIDE OR 2 RIDE BIKES I CANT KEEP UP. PLEASE HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT!!!!! I WANT TO BE ABLE 2 WEAR A MINI SKIRT, SHORT SHORTS,A BATHING SUIT AND OTHER STUFF AND BE ABLE 2 LOOK GOOD IN THEM!!! PLEASE HELP ME LOSE AT LEAST 15 POUNDS

What I found was good was swiching from pepsi to Ice Tea. I hate pepsi and coke and it didn't even take a month to get over it! Try It!!

I HATE stretch marks too.... I have them. I try to live with them. I try and think about the other good things about me, like my slender figure, or my adorable eyes. I'm not sure about how fast these are, but here are some ways to lose weight: 1) Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. These should be a big part of your diet. 2) Eat lean meat and fish more often then red meat. It's a lot heathier! 3) Keep a food journal. It might help you in figuring out what you are eating too much of, and what you need to eat more of. 4) Limit snacking. Try not to eat more then three, or at the most four, snacks per day. When you do snack, try and make the snacks pretty heathy. 5) Don't forget milk! There has been a recent study showing that if you don't drink enough milk, then it makes it harder to lose weight. Try and drink one glass or milk a day. Be careful not to lose too much weight!! You could die! Stop when you are at your goal weight!

guess what i lost 11 pounds, i do curves it is soooooooooo much fun ilove it!!!!! the people are so nice and you dont even have to diet how cool is that and tommorrow im starting a new diet with all the foods from the pyramid but 500 calories less than my regural intake i also thoght of a neat tip to keep track of how much water i drink i wear 8 bracelets on my right hand then as i drink a glass i move one bracelet to my other hand soon i ussssed up all 8 braclets please comment critiq or critize

GREAT IDEA!!!! If u have a difficult time getting 8 glasses of water in a day....well this is for you.....In the morning wear 8 braclets and each time you have a glass of water take one and put it on the opposite wrist. Do the same until the arm that started with all 8 bracelets is bare.

hey if you want to lose weight and then dont eat a lot after you go bike riding and if oyur that hungry try some carrots or celery and peanut butter im 12 and i weigh 120 pounds.

I lost sooo much weight doing this! ~ Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water per day I cheat I put a lemon slice in mine to make it more satisfying. ~ Cut back on the dairy! dont eat ice cream,fast food,bread and milk over 1% ~Do eat apples,celery,cucumbers, salad, oatmeal etc... and in just 2 days I lost 7lbs!!!! REMEMBER: NO SODA OR OTHER BEVERAGES JUST WATER!!! Try it! It works!

U SHOULD JUST CUT DOWN ON UR FOOD AND START EXCERSISING A LOT AND DRINK A LOT OF WATER INSTEAD OF SODA AND IF YOU DONT DRINK SODA FOR A YEAR ULL LOSE 15LB. !!!!

Hey guys i know if you want to lose weight you have to drink alot of water well i am really really really bad about drinking water usually i drink like a half a cup a day which is only at the drinking fountains at school. I really think i would lose weight easier if i drank more but does anyone know how you can get hooked on drinking water?? thanx! Hanne

well if you like lemonade or kool aid or whatever then maybe you could first have lemonade..then next time you make it put less lemonade powder stuff in...then next time even less powder and pretty soon it will be water...maybe thats stupid, but it worked for my friend! Oh well, hope it helped!

Ahh I was soo bad today.. I ate three pieces of pizza and a brownie and a cookie and a chocolate granola bar.. those were my bads for the day.. Okay for any of you who are like me .. I LOVE ice cream.. well eat popsicles!! LoL my mom bought popsicles the other day and I'm like woa.. only 50 calories!! thats terrific.. so whenever I'm craving ice cream I put a popsicle in my mouth... can't believe I forgot about them .. anyways I hope you guys are doing great with your diets.. and I hope that soon I can start Tae Bo..

Hi..i wanted to knw when your eating the food..should you worry about how much calories it has or how much fat it has......bc i noticed some foods have alot of fat but less calories...so does your weightloss depend on losing the calories...thanks to whomever answers

A lot of the foods that are high in calories are high in fat also. I also read that you should try to get 30 or less (10 ounces) of fat per day. As long as what you're eating is healthy (like fruits and vegetables) don't worry too much about the calories because it'l all good calories. Try to cut down on the "bad calories" like chips, french fries, fried foods.... and stay away from fast-food. (an arby's chicken snack is 32 grams of fat!!! phew)

well first of all i feel ur paini weight 163 lb. i want to weight 100 lb or less.but first of all what i did was stop eating snacks i mean like chips candy and junk food and start eating like a bananna os something. maybe u could even make a fruit smoothie with fruit ice yogurt or tofu and some juice and blend it in a blender a very healthy snack oh yea just add a little bit of sugar because the fruit already has some natural sugar in it. just eat one snack a day and that includes dessert so take my advise

*sings* Im with you! *talks now* ok we both have the exact same problem instead of sugary things for breakfast have fruit,yogurt,milk anything with not that much fat. And instead of Chips eat celery or sumthing and instead of soda have milk or water hope it helps let me know what happens!

Hi, I have a little dieting plan to lose about 8 pounds ina month. First, Get up in the morning, eat a peach and a piece of bread. At Lunch i get a milk, a 6" sandwich with chesse and turkey, with a side dish of some fries or maybe chips. I excersize 30 minutes a day, but an 1 1/2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays because of gymnastics/tumbling. Right after excersize, i drink a BIG glass of water, then wait for about 20 minutes before I eat something. I dont drink pop. Is it also a good Idea to not eat after 6 PM? or 8 PM? Please reply with some more excersize tips i can do for my excersize or just some tips please. ASAP!

Instead of chips or fries at lunch (wich are both full of fat, calories, and carbs) eat a salad or some carrot and celery sticks, fruit or even baked chips or fat free chips are better!
