my number 1 adive is to cut back on the junk food. u also need 2 drink a lot of water and cut back on the soda.(if u didnt drink soda a whole year u would lose 25 pounds a year.) another good thing is 2 cut everything in half and save it for later. u also need 2 exercise.

Drinking water helps you to lose weight buy filling your stomach to decrease you appitite...at least tahts what i heard.

All you need to do to lose some weight is drink a lot of water everyday and only have one little snack a day, like an apple or fruit. I used to weigh 135 pounds and now i am at 116. Drinking water turns your fat into something other than fat or it shoos it away. My mom told me that the more water you drink and if you eat normally you'll be very happy in no time!

If you eat salads, grilled or baked chicken or fish, and eat more veggies and fruits it will help. When you drink lots of water it helps to make your stomach full, that way you wont eat as much. email me at meme@islc.net.

i like to eat carrots for a snack .... eat a piece of fruit or something ..... banannas are good .... apples and plums are low in calories ..... if ur really hungry eat a salad or somthing more

I'm not overweight but I'm worried about becoming overweight. My family always goes out to eat fast food about THREE times a week. When we go to lets say McDonalds I'll tell my parents I don't want anything to eat because I already ate a sandwich at home. (I don't lie) But then my parents make me eat and I hate it. I don't want to be fat. Fast food is so bad for you. Do you guys have any tips to eat healthier? Also does anyone know of an exercise video that works?

all i can think of right off the bat is to try n0t to snack. ive noticed that if i dont snack anytime during the day for a few days my weight drops or stays the same. it really helps! believe me! and if u really r hungry, EAT! just eat an apple or a few pretzels! well hope i helped even if i helped just a little bit!good luck!

The school I go to requires you to pack lunch, although we have a school store with junk food. hot pocket, chips, soda, candy, just your basic junk food. my friends are always offering me those fatting foods, and I always take them. I've tried working out and eating healthy, it just doesn't work. and my family loves to eat fatty foods and go out to eat alot so that doesn't help me much. I've been taking dance class since I was 2, that and gym is the only excersie I get. I don't play sports because I get tired out fast. What should I do, I need Help! Thanks. Hey Girl! I'm in the same situation as you are. My family goes out to eat a lot too. When I go I only get a drink and eat a sandwich at home. I know this is SUPER hard but I try REALLY hard and I only eat out about 2 times a month. Also if you are going somewhere where sell a hamburger or sandwich with a side like french fries only eat the hamburger or sandwich and give your french fries to someone else in your family. for breakfastyou can eat 3/4 cup high fiber cereal, with half a banana, 1 tbls. nuts, and 2/3 cup fat free milk! or 4 egg whites scrambled, with fat free cheese and veggies! for lunch you can have a big salad with fat-free dressing! or a sandwich with whole wheat bread, lettuce, turkey or ham,tamotoe, and fat free cheese. for dinner you can have steamed veggies and white meat chicken or a big salad! and for desert some fruit like 1/2 a papaya or mango with an orange! hope this helps you! it helped me lose 20 pounds!

you can start by eating correct portions for example{if you have ice cream your portions would be 1/2 cup}. Here is a way for you to find out if it is totally bad for you or good for you .First you look at the calories on what your eating then you Put up one finger for every 50 calories. Until you get to the number of calories you have on the food that you are eating.Then look at the fat that is in the food you are eating.If you are holding up the same amount of fingers as fat then it is good for you. If you are holding more fingers than fat you should only eat the portion it says. This is what my dietician ( a person who helps you lose weight) told me today.

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! My parents just announced that we're going on a cruise for spring break and I usually don't go swimming cause I look bad in a suit, but I can't really avoid swimming on a cruise, so I need to lose 30 lbs. in 3 months!!!! well if u eat/crink soda,chips and icecream, cut them outta ur diet i lost 15lbs by doing that and excercising 3-4 night s a week i did a denise austin work out for burning fat it helped... if u cant get/ afford the tape run in place do push ups, pull ups ect
