noooo dont cut out on milk!! ... cuz mum says u need calcium 4 ur bones an she read on anuther web site calcium helps u lose wiehgt... mum says stead of cuttin down milk u can switch to 1% or nunfat milk... thats wat i did.. an u can mix 2% milk an nunfat milk til u get use to it an then u dont mis 2% no more. - h.

Start eating some more fruits and vegetables and maybe a little less dessert.Drinking a lot of ice water makes you fuller faster.Drink some water when you get a craving and drink some ICE water before meals bacause it shrinks your stomch a little and makes you full faster.I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

Hmm.... I make a cinnamon-suger apple, by cutting a skinned apple into pieces and then sprinkling the cinnamon-suger on it.

STOP THE SODA! BELIEVE ME i LOST 22 POUNDS BY STOPPING MY SODA INTAKE i HAV NOT DRANK SODA FOR A YEAR NOW AND IM VERY PROUD OF MYSELF AND i KNOW YOU CAN BE HAPPY TO ALDO STOP THE CAKE IF YOUR HUNGRY AND ITS NOT TIME TO EAT HAVE A HEALTHY SNACK LIKE A CARROT STICK OR CUCUMBERS AND WAIT 4 HOURS FOR EACH MEAL HAVE 3 MEALS A DAY DONT EAT TO MUCH CARBOHYDERATES IT SEEMS LIKE THATS YOUR PROBLEM. good luck!

im sorry i cant be a super help, but have you put your junk food up high or in a weird/odd/different place, that would make u think about why your eating. eg, if u put your food up 7' high, and yur only 5'5, you have to get a ladder to get your junk, yul think"i cant b bothered, oh look at that juciy apple"(mabye a shade 2 hopeful), or" do i really want it, i could have that nice red apple"( note, i liike apples) this trick has prevented me from eating crap infront of tv for a year. instead i just have that easy to reach apple, rather than the chocolate on top of my mum/mom's cupboard. think about it, and dont lose hope. good luck, and be happy and proud!

I think that you should drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. My mom goes to weight watchers and the persont that taught it said that it does not matter what time you eat as long as you eat something like a carrot or a piece of bread and a glass of water. The reason why most people say that eating late is bad is because people usually tend to eat fatty foods at night.

In January I started to *diet*. It wasn't really a diet just eating better. Replace all the chips and candy with fruits. It might be hard but chocolate is out. You have to start reading the labels on the foods that you eat. Try not to eat out a lot either. Remember this is what you have to build up you may not but ableto just start today and give up chips and chocolate. Also start to lift weights. Not only will they help give you a nice looking body but you will replace fat with muscle and burn fat a lot faster. One last thing, take your vitamins and drink green tea. It is really good for youI've lost over 30 pounds so far. I have about 10 more pounds to lose but I'm getting there. Good Luck!!

If you get hungry try eating fruit,popcorn without butter,or vegetables.Thats what my mom makes me eat.I am 10 4"10 and weigh 145lbs.

I showed your posts to my mum and she thinks - and I think I probably agree - that you do actually want some support and help, although you may not openly admit it. You have got so used to eating this much that it is just normal for you now. You say that in Germany there isn't much low fat food. Well, I live in England, not far, and the supermarkets are full of it. I bet if you go and look then you may be surprised and find something lower fat that you like. I can see how at your age your parents can't control what you eat and we all eat more when we are bored. In our house my mum stopped buying high fat crisps and bought low fat ones - and they taste the same, believe it or not. We had to educate ourselves, the whole household, and change our diet. It wasn't so difficult to do. My mum still had to go supermarket shopping so she just bought everything lower fat. I have a very, ... (view more)

Listen, if you eat and get fat then it is because you are eating the wrong foods. If you don't eat you will become thin but you will be dizzy and feel sick all the time. So, instead of eating sweets, chocolate, crisps, chips and fizzy drinks eat fruit and drink water. Good Luck, Love Katexxx
