noooo dont cut out on milk!! ... cuz mum says u need calcium 4 ur bones an she read on anuther web site calcium helps u lose wiehgt... mum says stead of cuttin down milk u can switch to 1% or nunfat milk... thats wat i did.. an u can mix 2% milk an nunfat milk til u get use to it an then u dont mis 2% no more. - h.

i' 5-9 and hve 3 rolls of 240lb of fat i cant stop eating cause it like my stomach is sterched out and i have to fill it with more food kind of like that diagram on the website ive gained 10 lb in 2 weeks any help

Start eating some more fruits and vegetables and maybe a little less dessert.Drinking a lot of ice water makes you fuller faster.Drink some water when you get a craving and drink some ICE water before meals bacause it shrinks your stomch a little and makes you full faster.I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

Hmm.... I make a cinnamon-suger apple, by cutting a skinned apple into pieces and then sprinkling the cinnamon-suger on it.

Hey! Well, I've been with this site for a long time now, and still I'm fat. I weight 165 (about) ponds, and I'm 5'8''. I know it seems like I'm not overweight, but I am. I want to loose weioght soon, I'm very active, but nothing helps. I'll eat like bags of chips and stuff in 20 minutes. I drink about 5 sodas a day and every night I have about 2 slices of cake. STOP THE SODA! BELIEVE ME i LOST 22 POUNDS BY STOPPING MY SODA INTAKE i HAV NOT DRANK SODA FOR A YEAR NOW AND IM VERY PROUD OF MYSELF AND i KNOW YOU CAN BE HAPPY TO ALDO STOP THE CAKE IF YOUR HUNGRY AND ITS NOT TIME TO EAT HAVE A HEALTHY SNACK LIKE A CARROT STICK OR CUCUMBERS AND WAIT 4 HOURS FOR EACH MEAL HAVE 3 MEALS A DAY DONT EAT TO MUCH CARBOHYDERATES IT SEEMS LIKE THATS YOUR PROBLEM. good luck!

hey everyone...my name is carrie, i am 5'8 and weigh 165 lbs...i wear a size 13 pants...all of my firends are wicked skinny, like my best friend is 110 lbs, and some of my friends, who have really fast metabolisms, only weigh,l ike, 100 lbs! i get really sad about my weight, like tonight I was watching Reba on tv, and all the skinny people just made me feel worce and worce...i eat when im bored and eat until past im full, which i know i shouldn't do, but i cant help it...i have tried to diet a few times but nothing works for me...so, if anyone has some tips or anything please help me! thank you so much!

im sorry i cant be a super help, but have you put your junk food up high or in a weird/odd/different place, that would make u think about why your eating. eg, if u put your food up 7' high, and yur only 5'5, you have to get a ladder to get your junk, yul think"i cant b bothered, oh look at that juciy apple"(mabye a shade 2 hopeful), or" do i really want it, i could have that nice red apple"( note, i liike apples) this trick has prevented me from eating crap infront of tv for a year. instead i just have that easy to reach apple, rather than the chocolate on top of my mum/mom's cupboard. think about it, and dont lose hope. good luck, and be happy and proud!

I think that you should drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. My mom goes to weight watchers and the persont that taught it said that it does not matter what time you eat as long as you eat something like a carrot or a piece of bread and a glass of water. The reason why most people say that eating late is bad is because people usually tend to eat fatty foods at night. GOOD LUCK!

I was trying to lose weight, and I wan to lose like 50lb, and I know that maybe that will never happen, but still that I wan to try, and I start to try to lose the weight from now, ans I want to ask that like do you going to the place that there was many machine for doing the exersier, and I very want to go, but I don't know how to signt in, and I don't know how old could sight in, and the true is I scared that if I went in and everybody will laght at me, because I was very fat, and i very want to know what I could do about it. In January I started to *diet*. It wasn't really a diet just eating better. Replace all the chips and candy with fruits. It might be hard but chocolate is out. You have to start reading the labels on the foods that you eat. Try not to eat out a lot either. Remember this is what you have to build up you may not but ableto just start today and give up chips and chocolate. Also start to lift weights. Not only will they help give you a nice looking body but you will replace fat with muscle and burn fat a lot faster. One last thing, take your vitamins and drink green tea. It is really good for youI've lost over 30 pounds so far. I have about 10 more pounds to lose but I'm getting there. Good Luck!!

I'm 10 yearsold and 5'2". I weigh 150 lbs. I have more rolls on my stomach than a pastry truck. I am so fat. Please help me!! I wear a sweatshirt even when it's 100 degreese at school to hide the bulging fat from my stomach that shows through my shirt. I have used and tried health charts everywhere and they all tell me that I'm obese. For breakfast I eat 6 slices of ham and bacon, 3 eggs , toast and butter. Lunch; a hamburger, fries, and a extra large shake. Dinner and desert: Pie, chiken, beef, and cake. I am so fat and my pant size is 34. None of my clothes fit and some of my mom's close don't fit me either. Help me fast.

If you get hungry try eating fruit,popcorn without butter,or vegetables.Thats what my mom makes me eat.I am 10 4"10 and weigh 145lbs.

Imi, I showed your posts to my mum and she thinks - and I think I probably agree - that you do actually want some support and help, although you may not openly admit it. You have got so used to eating this much that it is just normal for you now. You say that in Germany there isn't much low fat food. Well, I live in England, not far, and the supermarkets are full of it. I bet if you go and look then you may be surprised and find something lower fat that you like. I can see how at your age your parents can't control what you eat and we all eat more when we are bored. In our house my mum stopped buying high fat crisps and bought low fat ones - and they taste the same, believe it or not. We had to educate ourselves, the whole household, and change our diet. My mum found some low calorie lollies plus low fat chocolate eclairs. A diet doesn't have to be painful. The next time your mum goes shopping, go with her and look at the lower calorie foods. The portions will be smaller than what you are used to and it will be difficult for you at first almost certainly. The people on this forum are very supportive of each other and if you change your mind and decide you do want to adjust the way you eat then I am sure people will be glad to offer advice, but if you are just saying 'I am fat and proud of it' then people won't be so sympathetic to you. Listen, if you eat and get fat then it is because you are eating the wrong foods. If you don't eat you will become thin but you will be dizzy and feel sick all the time. So, instead of eating sweets, chocolate, crisps, chips and fizzy drinks eat fruit and drink water. Good Luck, Love Katexxx
