hi Naomi my name is maya and i weigh 256 pounds... so i know what it feels like to have a sever weight problem.... i was being pressured by every one until my pschologociest (thats as best as i could spell that) told my parents to stop because the pressure was putting me into depression... so far the biggest ongoing pressure for me with my weight is if i dont loose some weight fast im going to have to have surgery... just a heads up you might be a candidate too... (not as a good thing believe me im currently avoiding doctors appointments)... any way... a good way to loose weight is to forget the weight loss plans... dont hate ur self da more u hate ur self da more ull gain weigth just alwauz remember dont eat junk and exercise!! that is very important!!! if u wanna eat a cake eat a apple insted!! trust me it works!!! dont drink and soda just water water is very very important!!!!! u have 2 loose weight before itz to late!!!

ok what you need to do is go on walks get into some sports if you have a big dog run with it cut down on the fat food and eat heathy food

Hi.I have a few tips for you to help you:
1)Don't give up hope in yourself. Anything is possible if u really set ur mind 2 it.
2)Don't listen 2 what other people say. It may be hard (I know), but we here care about you, know just how you feel, and really couldn't give a **** what you look like.
3)Try not to get too down. I eat when Im depressed, and thats probably the same for u.
4)Whenever u have a craving, here's what I do: mix about a teaspoon of lemon juice (maybe less) with a large glass of water. Its a way to trick ur stomach to think that u are full.
5)Talk to your parents and get them to let u talk to a doctor. Your doctor should be able to give u a lot more advice and help u a lot more than I can.

Dont say that! this is what makes you deppressed and you eat and eat so you gain more weight everyday eat alot of protien and drink 2 glasses of FAT FREE milk a day dont eat to much bread and fruits. STAY HEALTHY AND LOSE WEIGHT . DONT FORGET TO EXECISE!
