HI, HOW IS EVERYONE DOING? THIS IS MAG,WELL I'VE BEEN ON A DIET FOR JUST TWO DAYS AND IT HAS BEEN GOING PRETTY GOOD SO FAR EXCEPT TODAY I HAD HALF OF AN ICE CREAM FROM CHIK-FIL-A, BUT OTHER THEN THAT IT HAS BEEN GOING GOOD. IF YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE FOR ME PLEASE REPLY BACK TO ME A/S/A/P.

HEy girl. IUt seems like ur doin a pretty awesome job! U go girl! JUst remember, If people quit everytime they messed up, no one would ever get where they wante dto go...SO yeah everyone will eat ice cream or w/e sumtimz but still keep at it, its also kinda motivating if yah think about it!! My tip is to just take it one step at a time. And also if you get off your diet, don't give up. Get right back on track...after all, you can't change what's already happened but you can prevent it from happening again! =D

A promise made is a promise broken. I didnt do that well again today. I was really upset and scarfed down some breakfast and skip lunch since i was crying too mush to eat. I got home and still felt really bad so i ate and ate then had some disgusting low-fat pizza and didnt finish it so i ate alot of crackers. i keep messing up... i dont think i'm going to do very well...

I messed up again...I mean-I'm doing really good with drinking enough water and i have been drinking about 4 cups of green tea, i got up early and did a little tae-bo then walked to school. I had a field trip for stuco and we sat around laughing at this comedian guy that was telling us to be good leaders. Then-sadly-we went to McDonalds adn I order a McRib value meal, and an ice cream sundae-i dont know why but everyone else had ice cream adn i just kinda gave into temptation. I felt really bad afterwards too. How can I resist the temptation i get when i'm around my friends?

its ok to have mc donalds and icecream sometimes just dont get it to often... In Australia @ mcdonalds we have a healthy meal like salad and yougurt try to have that instead

stop acting like that. just because you gained 1 pound it is really easy to take off. one day you should just eat salad water and lean chicken then watch you will lose that pound.

OmG Sumone haz to help me! i have eaten rrreally healthily for about 4 weeks, and today i was feeling soo depressed that i ate chocolate that added up to 7oo calories! omg i feel really bad now, and after i was thinking that tonight to make up for it i should miss a meal. but im not sure. du you think this will make me put on weight? and do you think i should just go back to my normal healthy eating 2mrw, and jus excercise. i feel really bad about eating all that chocolate and im worried i will have gained weight. i only did it today? and b4 i did have all da chocolate i had eaten healthy that day, but then i got really depressed, and i ate! please help me anyone who can, thanks

I feel so bad i was doing so good then I lost control. I ate so much yesterday. I feel so horrible. Argh I gained one pound. Thats how much I ate. Can u beleive it??? Hmmmm.... but i am not giving up that easily..... If anyone has any tips on how to lose weight or hasany good exercise moves. Either post it up on here or email me at wittnie116@yahoo.com. i heard that once some one messes up on a diet they kind of say to them selves "o well, i'll start this diet tomorrow (or next week) till then i'm piggin out!" u shouldn't tell your self that, u should realize that u aren't following your diet and get back on track asap.
