Hey,i'm anisha. Best way to lose weight fast and get leaner is to join your self in activities such as tennis or swimming.You'll have fun, not think about food and lose tons of weight!Try not eat junk food!Eat it like once a week. Drink atleast 8 mugs of water a day. Oh Yeah you want to do your outside activity about 2-3 times a week,on the other days walk for an hour,jog 30 min.or runfor 20 min.,rest on one of the week,try not to eat any junk food on that day.Good Luck! By the way I weigh 110 ,it's the highest i have ever been because i try to live healthy.P.S.Do everythin toget exercise(climing stairs instead of elevator)and do this for atleast 3-4weeks and you will see the pounds melting off.Keep doing this and you will be quite slim! bye and good luck.:->

Omg if anyone wants to loose weight no matter how much like 10-50 pounds ask your parents to get windsor pilates! i swear it works all u have to do is do it for 20 minutes a day! that is not bad and also cut down on the stuff u eat like cut the amount in half! its easy! also drink so much water or flavored water it helps u loose weight trust me!!! it worked for me i do all those things and now i am loosing weight and getting the fit body i have dreamed off!!!!

well i'm over weight and what i do is i ride bike and run and i'm going to go out for cheerleading so like do somthing like after school active basket ball,cheerleading,step team you may not have that at your school

hi everyone. im not sure how well this will work but tomorrow im getting a mini trampoline and i plan to excercise on it for about 30min-an hour a day, hows that sound? should i do more or less? and besides jumping what else can i do on it?

Hi my name is Marshall and I really need help. I am really overweight. I am 5'6 and 160 when I should be 94 to 133 pounds. So I want to be 115 pounds. So I need to lose 45 pounds. Does anyone have any advice for me? I want to lose this weight by at least the New Year. I saw to videos at the store that might help me the are kickboxing and Tae-Bo. Should I buy and use those?

Hey..I've been doing 40 side crunches, riding the stationary bike for 15-20 mins, and doing the tape :"WALK AWAY THE POUNDS" the 2 mile tape which is 30 mins and u just dont walk it has areobics included...The time blows by sooo quickly!!! i drink about 5-6 glasses of water from 3pm-7pm...becuz in the morning and in school i cant....AND GUESS WHT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!>??!?!!?!??!?!?!?!? I'VE LOST 6 POUNDS ALREADY AND IVE BEEN DOING IT SINCE MONDAY AND THATS ONLY 3 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well do u do basketball? I do it helps me lose weight. We have to do 25 jumping jacks, run around like 5 laps or 10, do 25 situps, do do 10 pushups, lie down on back and hold feet like 2 inches in air for 25 secs, hop to somewhere like 20 feet away and back, then run to somewhere like 20 or 30 feet away, then do side to side ( right and left) to somewhere 20 or 30 feet just keep doing this method, and check if there is any results. I had great results but not anymore because basketball season is over ( mad) now im over wieht agian i'm gonna keep doing this method too. C ya

Thats not a crunch, thats a situp. A crunch is when you sit the same way but you only go up high enough so that your shoulder blades are off the ground. There harder than situps because you can't just throw yourself up, you have to go slow enough so that you go far enough but now to far. In gym we have to do 45 of them and we do them really fast to...there hard but good exersise. Some other exersises are pushups (modified or normal), jumping jacks, a exersise video like Pilates or Dance Dance Revoulution (I've never tried that one but a lot of people on here use it), Richard Simmons or something like that. You could also buy a treadmill or other exerise equpiment but thats really expensive and takes up a lot of room. For something more fun you could just dance to your favorite CDs or the radio. Well I hope this helps *Ray*Ray* Oh yeah and losing weight isn't about just exersise, you should change your diet too. Good Luck!

Hi I weighed 137 lbs and i lost 28 lbs in 2 months the way I did it is I play the video game (with the dance pad) DDR:MAX for 45 mins. and at 2 bowls of special k every day! It sooo worked!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'6", Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 97) - hey i am jen. i weigh about 175 and i am around 5'6'..anyways i own dance dance revolution...it is wicked fun and great exercise...you can look it up at ddrfreak.com...so if ur lookin for a good exercise thing this is a great plan because unlike many videos, it's fun..my sister's friend owns it too and played it for about 1 hour everyday, and after 2 weeks she had lost 10 pounds...the only problem is it's pretty expensive...the latest ps2 and x-box games go for about $40 and the mats can cost anywhere from 20-200 dollars depending on the quality...if ur lookin to buy it e-bay is the best place

well i did lots of exercise like runing for 30min, walkeed the dog for 15min, dance class 30min, everyday it took me 8 months good luck to you

As it's coming up 2 Christmas, I am finding it hard to diet with out my parents noticing, because there is so much nice food around, that I would normally eat. Also the weather is so bad that I can't do any excersize outside. I don't have any fitness tapes because they are 2 expensive. I don't knwo what to do there are so many partys as well. What shall I do, I don't want to put on weigt. Oh yeh my parents don't think I am overweight, they just think that I am big boned, but I can tell that I have put on weight recently.
