Hey you guys! I've only eaten 600 calories so far today Yipee! And Guess wat? NO SWEETS.. except for one of those chocolates from the christmas calendar.. and dont worry I'll be eating some more tonight because I havent eaten dinner... but anyways my main reason for posting is that its like 17 days away from christmas and I have $1.25 to buy at least 3 people christmas presents.. so I was wondering if you guys had any ideas on making sum money.. besides baby-sitting:P Thanks!!

Look in the newspaper for any flyer handout jobs in your area you will be excercising and get some money!

hi i go to crestview and i know that my gym teacher helped me i just asked about health and exercise like i ask him if i could stay after and run track he said yes and i'm startin to lose weight

Ht. 5'3", Start: 172 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - y0o0o...im 5'3 and 164lbs (used to be 172lbs), for u ppl dat r tryin to lose weight like me...you shud buy the game DDR (Dance Dance Revolution, u will need the dance pad, the game, and n e game system that has the gam), it is so much fun, and i heard u can lose weight by playing. i kno this 1 person who started playin ddr and he lost 40lbs on dat game alone. i hav that game and its a lot of fun. i play it everyday and i am pretty good at it. i am trying to work my way up to MANIAC....but i am still on TRICK, which is pretty good. well n e wayz....i hab a question...since i am starting to diet now, about how much weight can i lose until/before May???(which is in 6 months) thanx, i appreciate it. and hope u guys try out DDR! i highly recommend it! ^_^ *DiZ FlIp Iz oUt*

yes a little bit I have a trampoline in my backyard here in Australia! Why- I dont know but your jumping so... I have started on a diet about 4 weeks ago and i have lost 6 pounds from trampolining! But i dont only do that... swimming in the ocean and surfing plus volleyball is great excercise too!

dont worry u can do it i used to weight almost 170 and i took up track i thought i couldnt do it but i really got in to it in 3 monthes i lost 30lbs it takes time cut back on junk food and start walking everyday or running but i bet u can do it i belive in you

Hey, Can anyone tell me how to do crunches, lunges and jumping jacks? Also how do you guys find so much time to do all this excersise. I try and do some, but never have enough time. Also it gets very dark very early now. AND I seem to get tired after about 10 minutes of hard jogging, without stopping. Please let me know. Beleive in you all. LOL Lola

Okay for crunches you lie on your back with you knees bent and you go up and down that is 1 crunch. A lunge you have to stand with you feet hip width apart and take a big step forward and go down then come back up and repeat with the other leg. For a jumping jack you stand straight and jump your legs out to the side and lift you arms until you hands touch and jump back into place that is 1 jumping jack. Hope this helps. Talk to you later.

Hey guys! it's my first time on the site...i'm 13 and i weigh,....well i don't EXACTLY kno the exact amount right now b/c our scale is broken but somewhere between 130 - 145 im guessing. My mom tells me that i need to get out there and do something active! I just started to do tennis lessons 2x a week. Although, i will admit that i do eat when i am bored and i sit in front of the t.v. basically 24/7! With christmas and thanxgiving comin around the corner...i was wondering if someone would be my weight loss buddy and if anyone out there had any advice on good DIETS THAT ACTUALLY WORK!!!! THANX A BUNCH!! ~Alissa~

well, i watch tv ALOT as well. but wat i do is while watching tv i do sit ups, and during commercial breaks i do jumping jacks! you really get a work out, even if commercials are only like 3 minutes, trust me. thats alot! keep up the good work!

hey, a little while ago i got a membership to a gym and went atleast 2 times a week, and i lost around 10 pounds! my advice to you is to start not only lifting weights but doing other activitites at your gym too, good luck!

thanx for all ur help people, i lost 1 Ib. i know its not a lot but its a start. 2day i was gonna have a coffe cake but then i saw it had 140 or 130 calories so then i had a fruit leather and it was 45 calories. I just keep encoraging myself i can do it! u can do it 2. play some sports and have a good time!

I understand how you feel when I was 9 I weighed 108 I tried my best to keep in shape by riding my bike for about 1 hour a day and I lost 2 lbs in 1week

HEy ya'll. I used to be fat and overweighted. Over two months i got fit and slim. I did that by swimming. Before i hated the way i looked. I thought "o my im soo fat". But i belived in myself. I belived that i would get skinny one day. I swam. I swam an hour each day except 4 da weekends. Now im all fit!
