Hey everyone! This may sound stupid but im so happy i want to tell u all! i walked home from school today(a mile and a half up hill!) it felt really good to get just a little bit of exercise so im gonna walk home everyday now! maybe that little bit of exercise will help me :)

K i just found out a really good exercise that is REALLY easy and u can do it in ur house,in ur pj's, w/out shoes, watever! K wat u do is set a timer for 20 min- 30 min. and get on a pretty tall set of stairs run up and down the stairs 5 times ( going up once the down once equals one time) then take 10 second breather do this till the timer goes off then walk up and down the stairs 5 times to cool down.

today i did really well(so far at least) i woke up early and did a work out belly dance tape, only ate when i was hungry and so far have eated 700 cals(i plan on a 500 healthy cal. supper) and i walked home, turning down the bus and two of my other friends that offered to drive me. i think being in school really helps me concentrate on things other then food and i'm starting to see a real difference in my body so that's inspirational- i just hope i can keep this up till my goal weight! good luck guys!

hey~ good luck 2 u! im doing the same thing. i'm walking 2 and frum school and im doing things on the side and i lost 3 pounds last week. keep up the good work and i hope u get 2 ur goal!!!

hey girls and well done to all of u who r makin an effort.Well i was not happy with my weight either but i ride my bike and rollerblade and stuff.People in my class never make fun of my weight they know i am athletic i'm even gonna be in track I may be a little big but i hhave great physical stamina well chow leeza

EXERCISE!!! Anyway...try to walk a little...that should help. I went from a size 15 to an 11 just by running everyday!

hey! I need serious help.. i have stretch marks all over my body.. can i make em go away any how iam starting a diet tommorow and i need thigh exercises 2 someone help m e.. BUT I DONT WANT STRETCH MARKS... and if i have to live with em i am gonna kill my self so i wont have 2 they r noticable abd ugly.. HELP! note me on here or e-mail me KrizazyKrissy247@aol.com

hi krissy just to let you know you are not alone and dont give up wutever u do. I know you can do it. and i know a couple leg exercises. ok u lay on ur side and put both ur legs so they are slightly bent from the hip pointin towards ur head. turn out the top knee so that its facin the ceilin and raise youre top leg up and down with out touchin ur bottom leg. repeat as many as u can do. best luck to you. post me back on how things are goin. cya!

Start: 160 lb, Today: 210 lb - Help i need to lose weight before school starts. When the summer ended i was overweight at 160 and some people teased me. It wasnt very noticible. Now i weigh 210 lbs. My stomach got so big and really shows through my shirts. I also developed breasts that also shoew through my clothes. My face changed and became more plumper. i try to eat healthy but when junk food is around me i eat it. If anyone could tell me an exercise that focuses on the chest please tell me. Please help or the kids will never stop making jokes. Please

If you try to eat a lot less, and drink lots of water, you can do it! Plus jump rope alot too!!

if you do slideways leglifts it will help alot. do sets of 50 on each leg 2 times a day every day. so its easier if you do them when you wake up you calye in bed and do them and right as youre getting in to bed at night!!! trust me it works!!keep the faith! good luck.... rose m.

I nikki, if you have a big dog ask your parents if you could walk with it! cause big dogs pull and it makes you walk faster. Or when you get use to it, try it with no dog, try speed walking I swear the first time is hard but it's fun! Good luck!!!
