wut i try and do i use things around my house. like the stairs. i run up and down them for a amount of tyme. just try to be resourceful.

me and my m8 alcia go on our dance mat every day 4 3-4 hours. i lsot 3 lbs yesterday alone so try a dacne mat and go on the hard settings. we made up our diets and everything 2 day adn told each ova them. so try going on a dance mat. it really makes u drop inches around ur stomach legs arms

well me an my frined allie went to jazzercise just for fun and its really fun. All the ppl there are hecka nice and its a fun way to workout

Hi,
In the original series of Taebo there are: instrutional, basic, advanced, and 8 minute tapes. Yes, They do work! They are the best! It is fun, and it only takes a while to start seeing results. I lost 10 lbs. in a week by doing the basic Taebo everyday and eating healthy stuff like pretzels, carrots, sugarfree jello, skim milk, etc... But here is a tip: It takes a while. Just stick with it. I eventually gained that weight back because I stopped doing Taebo. I don't know why I stopped? Don't move up to the advanced tape until you are in excellent shape, because I tried the advanced tape and I almost passed out. It was so hard. But I heard that if you do the advanced it burns 800 calories. Good luck!!

if you don't like to exercise, try putting on some fast paced dancing music, and dancing around for a while. it may not seem like your tipical exercise, but it burns calories. try to do it for a while, and if you do, you'll actually break a sweat.

If you lay sideways on the ground and if you are facing left with your arm holding up your head then you put you right leg over the left leg with the right knee bent pointing to the ceiling. Once you've done that lift your left leg up and down slowly but keep you right firmly on the ground. Then rotate legs

Hey everyone! Well I haven't lost much weight so far b/c I just started my dieting rutien. I cut back on the sweets ( and yes it was hard but it is worth it in the end) I also do a 45 min. workout everyday (Cindy Crawfort i think thats how you spell it...lol) I also drink nothing but water and sometimes gatoraid. Also when I am watching a TV show I do crunches during the camercials wich helps. I do about 30 push ups (gurl ones) a day. Me and my friend also go runnig whenever we are together which is really fun! sit ups r good and i agree with harold that crunches r good too but u have to keep ure neck straight or u dont really benefit from them i perfer crunches cause they r just like sit ups but alot easier

I like walking outside because it gives you more adventure so u don't get board as fast as u do on a treadmill. I usually do a short warm-up on a treadmill, and then go for a wlak, or jog around my neighborhood.

hey i know exactly how u feel i am 5'3 and weigh 140 but what helped me the most is i have a pool in my backyard and i do 10 laps everyday plus i play softball and soccer and i am good at it so im exercising and havin fun at the same time. try to do stuff that u like so it dont seem so boring

Hi, for excersice tips, you can take ance classes because i take them for a hour ever day and i loose a pound or two a week its not much but it does help you loose weight. also i play soccer i was on the school basketball team and volleyball team. i lost like 20 pounds from each of those. and even pkaying and playing tag will help.

i thought i would gain weight to over easter, but i didn't. if u have enough space jump rope! i do that and it really works wonders!!!!!! i jump rope after meals or alot of candy. see how many jumps u can do. how fast u can do it.
