your situation seems very hard to overcome. Try getting a jump rope and clear a spot in the house.each time you jump try to push yourself to do more.
well when your mom goes to the store, go with her and say mom, that's too fatning to eat and i would perfer if you wouldn't buy it because it encourages me to eat it. also, just try to play lots of sports and drin aolt of water. in most cases, water makes you really full so drink like a bottle a day.

When i visit her like every other week in the summer she always bakes the bests treats and she thinks im sick when i don't eat plus there are like 3 ice cream shops near her house so she takes me to get ice cream everyday too. but what i did was i told her that i was trying to lose a little weight and that i lovedher food but that it wasnt good for my diet and now she doesnt make as much sweets for me and when she does she doesnt force me to eat them. Good Luck

I think that it is very mean and insensitive for your parents to act that way. I think that you should talk to your parents about this. It's not fair that you are treated this way, and that you feel you have to sneak food. Your parents should know that this is not the way to help someone who feels bad about their weight. Again, try talking to them about how you feel.
Love,
Sarah

Beg your parents, cry, get it through there heads to buy healhy food and make healthy lunches. If you can't get them too, make your own money and shop for what you want--the healthiest of all foods, so when your hungry, all you eat is healthy food. Run around your block twice every morning, and gradually 6 times (1-3 miles) If you do eat something from the cafeteria, or from home that is fattening, disipline yourself by running around the block one more time. soon you'll be active in gym and look better than everyone else. DON'T GIVE UP, EVEN UNDER DEPRESSION. :)

Instead of getting food for doing good things, ask your parents to give you an allowance instead.

woah, the same thinghappened to me, I went on holiday weighing 121lbs and came back 147lbs, my school trousers literaly burst at school, i was so inbarresed, but i've lost some weight. You and your brother should become weight loss partners. both set yourselves goals.

Dear Mark, I think that maybe you should try to stress to your sister that instead of just sitting on the couch and doing nothing, that she can do some simple exercises while she is watching tv. you could also try to help her substitue all the junk food she is eating, for healthier foods along with water.

My teacher read this book called, Jelly Belly, and he had a grandma that did the same thing. All you need to do is say something like, I want you to stop giving me treats. I'm fat. Start giving me vegetables and fruits in my lunchbox. {this kinda came from the book, so don't take it as me picking on you}

Blake try not to let your weight problem get to you. You should try talking to your dad and telling him it hurts your feelings when he yells at you for being overweight. Try talking to Jenna, I should too, actually. Also, if you don't already play some sports, especially now that it's summer. Soccer and ~swimming~ are great excercise! Good luck!
