Hey everyone....I have this book its "THE ULTIMATE WEIGHT SOLUTION FOR TEENS, by: JAY McGRAW" I purchased it at Barnes&Noble but I'm sure u can buy it in other stores.....I've been reading it and I have learned alot. There are people talking about their past expersiences...quizzes and tests....helps build a healthy eating habit, builds self-esteem, u learn portion control...U LEARN SOOOOO MUCH MORE!!!!!!!! just to help some of you.....if you wana lose weight look on here.....then....dont go on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i didnt go on the computer for 2-3 weeks...i shut it off and told myself not to go on it...\same with the tv!!i knew i would have to keep myself occupied with something else so i did....and i ate less of caurse...and lost....5 pounds in one of those weeks and then when i got back on the computer...i gained those 5 pounds back and it sucks!so today i am going to shut everything off!!hope this helped a bit

I lost 20 lbs on it and then i just started eating healthy and have lost 30 more lbs, but ww really helped me change my eating habits =)

Today: 150 lb - I dont no what happened. At the beggining of the summer i was skinny as a rod. Not an ounce of fat on me. Now i have man breasts bigger than most girls! I dont get it. I eat right, i exersixe yet now im going on to 150! Well if i go over 160 im not going to worry. Ill gain weight for fun! Hey if ur going to be heavey why feel bad about it. Today: 152 lb - Hey you guys, I haven't been her for the longest. I know a great work out, walk strong. Look in the video section in like, Fred Meyers--- or a grocery store with everything (furniture, electronics, ect. ) oh, and target. look for WALK STRONG and therte's this white woman with brown hair ont he front. That video is great. I'm 152 (because of thanksgiving.)before i was 149. Ao, this isn't just because of thanksgiving, but because i want a great body for myself and wont allow myself to quit this time. Also, don't send notes saying "I wish i was 152 pounds! God ur light!" because weight isn't the key factor--- i want to do this to get healthy, and lookk better. Kisses

yo In wesconsin in my hometown i joined a weight loss program @ school all of my buds laffed but they told me to color a peice of paper light blue and every time u want to eat look @ it it SHOULD reduce cravings!!But besides that drink lots o water and limit your diet drinks 2 maybe 2 or 3 a day not many!!Cut food in2 portions and eat half and save tha rest 4 l8r OHHHHHHHHHHHHH G2G Write back at my post id like 2 hear from u!!

Hmm.. what i have been doing this week is eating only when I am hungry, and stopping when I am full. U see, there are 2 different types of food - ones that u eat to stay alive - and ones you eat for the taste. I know that food should taste REALLY good, but for now eat for your heath, not for your comfort. Keep exercising, and when you lose weight, you'll be able to splurge on yummy thigs you like. I have been doing that staring this week ( last wednesday ) and have lost 7 lbs! yay.
