i just thought id pass on a tip;food is fuel why have more than you need?ya also know whats horrible?ppl try and make food'fun'its not supposed to be!!i hate the commercial for the hershy bar because the lady says she can forget everything when she eats it.i think that if ur stressed pamper yourself!!take a bath, have an at home spa!read a book,exercise because it really makes you happy!!and ALWAYS tell yourself u can do it!and if you want to eat a certain thing like carrots but dont like how they taste,say i luuuuv carrots!!!!or i hhhaaaatte sugar its soooooo gross!!!okay well belive in yourself and food is fuel not an activity!!

I had the same problem.Well still do. But my grandperents helped. They have a sweet-free house,well that is what I call it. They have nothing but helthy food in the fridge,counter,cabinets. So you said that you eat anything in your path,so now all you eat is healthy stuff. and at the supermarket I have no help for that. I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry.

There could be one or two problems in your diet: Either you're eating less than 1,200 calories a day (Meaning you don't have enough calories for energy) or you are exersising so much that you become exausted and can't exersise anymore.

hey it is the same way with me ! but u know u shouldnt watch that much TV because u know all the steriotypes about u r only pretty if u r skinny which just so happens is NOT true. If u want to keep ur self from being sad or sumthin do a workout ypou enjoy or take a yoga or dance class if u want! but yes the best thing to do is exercise when u r sad because exercising makes u happy it is proven! good luck!

negative calorie foods are foods that require more energy to digest than is actually in the food itself for example if an apple had 60 calories and the body used 80 to digest it there would be negitive 20 cALORIES some negitve calorie foods are WATERMELON HONEYDEW MELON APPLES ORANGES LETTUCE CUCUMBER BROCCOLI ZUCCINI TOMATO MUSHROOMS AND PEACHES

u might wanna go to the doctor and see if u might have thiroyd problems cuz thats wat i have 1 week i will be 90 an the next i will be 17 i understand how u feel usually when people have dramatic weigh gain it because of thiroyd problems.

hey umm diet things are actually worse for u then the actual thing because the sugar achols in the icecreams and stuff are bad for you and diet soda has an ingredient that causes cancer its called aspertame. so the chemicals hurt you more then the calories

yes. a HUGE difference obese is like. dangerosly fat, overweight is antwhere between kinda fat to almost really bad

love handles are like..um well they look like a ring of fat around ur middle hence the name 'spare tire' or 'love handles'
