i just thought id pass on a tip;food is fuel why have more than you need?ya also know whats horrible?ppl try and make food'fun'its not supposed to be!!i hate the commercial for the hershy bar because the lady says she can forget everything when she eats it.i think that if ur stressed pamper yourself!!take a bath, have an at home spa!read a book,exercise because it really makes you happy!!and ALWAYS tell yourself u can do it!and if you want to eat a certain thing like carrots but dont like how they taste,say i luuuuv carrots!!!!or i hhhaaaatte sugar its soooooo gross!!!okay well belive in yourself and food is fuel not an activity!!

Hi everyone I am trying to lose 22 pounds. I am 10 stone 10 pounds (150 pounds)according to this site I should weigh anywhere from 91 pounds to 128 pounds. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

I would do anything to get skinny. I keep trying to eat less and I can do that for a while then I just eat everything I can see. I was at my auntys house today and everyone was in the garden and I was going inside to wash my hands and I saw the cookie tin in the kitchen so I just took about 6 and ate them in the bathroom even thogh I had just had lunch.Its like I cant stop.I have gained lots of weigh since i was 7 before that I was quite skinny.People keep saying I am gaining weigh. I no I am realy a fat preson now and I hate myself. I would like to die better than this. also my mom hates fat people and my parents tease me about my weigh all the time. and I gained even more while there is no school. I hate myself so much.

Dear Lulu, I had the same problem.Well still do. But my grandperents helped. They have a sweet-free house,well that is what I call it. They have nothing but helthy food in the fridge,counter,cabinets. So you said that you eat anything in your path,so now all you eat is healthy stuff. and at the supermarket I have no help for that. It's happening again. I'm on a serious diet and I've been on one for about 6 days. I'm excercising a great amount and cut my eating down to three very small healthy meals a day. The problem is... I'm very weak all the time. I have trouble excercising and even just walking with this new diet. And yesterday, I collapsed while jogging from exhaustion. (but I didn't pass out like last time). My dad says I have to eat more so I get the proper nutrients. But won't that defeat the purpose of dieting? How much more should eat while still not eating a lot?

There could be one or two problems in your diet: Either you're eating less than 1,200 calories a day (Meaning you don't have enough calories for energy) or you are exersising so much that you become exausted and can't exersise anymore.

Ht. 5'7", Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 140 lb - Hi. I am about 5'7 and weight 175. I wear anywhere from a 13-15 in pants. I would like to weight 140. I need to flatten my stomach. Band starts in a couple of weeks and my uniform doesn't fit wonderfully. It there any exericises that would help quickly. Thanks for your imput.

I just was looking at my photo album one day and I saw how skinny I was in 2nd grade but now I look like a cow and everything is going wrong because of it. My boyfriend broke up with me and I cant find another date I am always made fun of by my closest friends I hate myself sometimes I sit in my room on my bed in a ball and say I WISH I WERE DEAD over and over again hope'n that it will really happen. I weight areound 150lbs and I eat when I am sad and when I am bored and its hard to stay on diets!

hey it is the same way with me ! but u know u shouldnt watch that much TV because u know all the steriotypes about u r only pretty if u r skinny which just so happens is NOT true. If u want to keep ur self from being sad or sumthin do a workout ypou enjoy or take a yoga or dance class if u want! but yes the best thing to do is exercise when u r sad because exercising makes u happy it is proven! good luck!

negative calorie foods are foods that require more energy to digest than is actually in the food itself for example if an apple had 60 calories and the body used 80 to digest it there would be negitive 20 cALORIES some negitve calorie foods are WATERMELON HONEYDEW MELON APPLES ORANGES LETTUCE CUCUMBER BROCCOLI ZUCCINI TOMATO MUSHROOMS AND PEACHES

Hi. I have a BIG problem! I was at 3 parties this week all in a row,ok. I weighed myself 5 days ago and I was only 150lbs. Today I weighed myself.........and I was 173lbs! I can't believe it! How could I have put on SO much weight in 5 days! I have to buy all new clothes cuz none of them fit me! u might wanna go to the doctor and see if u might have thiroyd problems cuz thats wat i have 1 week i will be 90 an the next i will be 17 i understand how u feel usually when people have dramatic weigh gain it because of thiroyd problems.

you can make small changes in your diet.change to no added sugar ice cream, no sugar added cookies. and Diet soda instead of sugar soda.try walking 10 minutes daily. and don't eat after 6:00I lost 20 pounds.please tell me if this helps any of you.

hey umm diet things are actually worse for u then the actual thing because the sugar achols in the icecreams and stuff are bad for you and diet soda has an ingredient that causes cancer its called aspertame. so the chemicals hurt you more then the calories
