First of all I just want to say that I have lost 3.5 lbs. I used to weigh 185 and now I weigh 181.5. Hooray for me! Also, I was just looking at the bulletin board rules and it said that no "gainers" and "fat admirers" are allowed. What the heck are those?!? If anyone knows anything about "gainers" and/or "FA"s (fat admirers) could you PLEASE tell me? Not very many people are responding to my posts, and I wish they would.

its not like gainers are jsut happy with their weight,, they want to GAIN MORE WEIGHT which is sick, cuz if they keep gainin theyll get sick,, like diabetis and blood presssure... gainers want evrybody to gain like them... c'mon ppl... its unhealthy... k???

I have a question. What do they do at a physical exactly? Because i want to be in tennis, but will they let me if i'm overweight? Because i think i am. I'm not sure yet. But i'm 180 pounds about. And i'll have to get a physical to be in it and will htey let me?

You can still be in any sport you want if you're overweight...As long as you don't fail the exam. You have to walk in kinda odd ways, test your reflexs, coordination, and sometimes they do breathing tests and make you run in place, to check for athsma. It takes about 20 minuets, but I'm 191 lbs. and I did fine. Don't worry about it...It's not hard. Have fun in tennis

Make a limit, like 2 pieces a day..... and if that is hard ask your mom or dad to hide it, and get out 2 pieces every morning for you. You also could donate it to a food bank if you dont want any of it.

Walking slow or fast for x amount of distnace has no impact on how many calories your burn. However, when x is amount of time, it does have an impact. Whether you walk slow or fast for a mile, you still burn the same amount of calories, except by moving faster you get them burned faster!

O.k hear me out I am a 5'6 1/2 female that weights 150lbs. All I want to lose is about 10-15lbs. by the time I get back to school. While in school I was always considered "big", or giraffe and I know that people my age are cruel about things like this, but I decided that I needed to lose weight over the summer. I know that there are people a lot worse off then I am but just to get down to at least a size 8 would satisfy me. What i am trying to ask is if there is anyone out there who had fitness tips that don't include not eating bread because i have been doing that and it isn't working and yes i am exercising but that doesn't help what I am eating. If anyone has good recipes for a girl like me that actually works. Also don't put something like eat only ice or don't eat at all because i am not into that type of stuff. OH MY GOSH!!! 10 pounds?! 3 weeks?! wow!!!be proud of yourself!!!sorry i dont have any tips im looking for some myself, but always remember its not what you eat its how much. think of food as car gas. its fuel for your body and if you put too much gas in a ar it gets flooded. way to go though!!!

Heres some knowledge to whoever wants it, Don't use the word Diet, think your making "life style changes" because you are, once your off your "diet" if you don't keep the exercise up and not eatting all the junk foods, or you'll most likely gain the weight you've lost back , and some times more. So every morning I wake up and say to myself; I'm gonna lose this weight; I'm gonna exercise and eat right; I deserve to be the weight I want,because I can do it , I know it; I'm gonna take control. I also found this really great tool called a pedometer, It calculates how far I walk, how many calories I burn, and how many steps I've taken , It also helps me think I can do It. I wish you guys the best of luck on your weight loss, I hope you can take these tip to help you. Reply if you have any questions.
