Hey galz and guyz! I'm very proud to say that i'm starting my diet Monday the 20th. Everyday I'm gonna write what I eat and exercise. By the way does anyone out there know some exercises that take the fat right off????Anyways, even though i sound really confident, I'm not. I was wonderin if anyone was out there that would be intrested in being my weight loss buddy. If some of u guyz don't know what that is, its someone who i can talk back and forth with as we support each other. P.S. I forgot to tell u that I'm bout 180lbs and 5'7" and my goal is 135lbs

hi, if u live in da UK u can watch that tv proggramme, FAT CLUB. It's really good I've been doin' all those things on it and it's helped me a bit. Also if u don't live in the uk just buy sum xersize vids like KATHY SMITh. She's really good too! I'm like u an I wanna no if u wanna b friends?

Don't worry I know that sounds stupid but...Have You ever heard of richard Simmons many people make fun of him but he has wonderful excersize tapes you excercize to oldies and I swear I lost 3 pounds in one hour!I just might be diffrent but think any spare time instead of lounging you can be loseing weight!!!P.S by any chance would your name be Nicole Healy? Hi,i'm Alina, and I have been overweight all my life. I suffered a two year bout with Bulimia, and coming out of treatment, I realize the importance of a healthy diet to help lose excess pounds. Hi. This is my first time on this site. I need help bad. I have been fat for 6 or 7 years now. I am 4'10 and weigh a huge 400 pounds. This makes me feel so sad and unhappy. So I eat. And I mean eat. When I get really unhappy I can eat 2 x-large pizzas myself. My stretche marks line my body. I have a donut sized belly butten. I need specially made cloths. I tried to find cloths at normal stores but they didn't fit. 2 years ago I was at a friend's house swimming. I put my new swim suit on and the seems exploded the seconde I bent over. I just feel so bad. Please help me. I need all the help and comments I can get.

If you want to lose weight, Find a calorie chart and make up meal plans, but first eat normal and figure out how many calories you consume in a day. Normal is around 2500 with excercise. First of all, yes, you should lose some weight. I'm your height, 18 lb lighter, and I still have a rather large stomach. Second, I used to do the exact same thing that you do (suck in, big shirts) but I seemed to gain more weight because of that. Finally, you may workout 3 hrs a day,but if you don't change your eating habits it won't mean anything. With a little determination you can do it.

Hi! im 5'4, weigh 138 and want to lose about 10-15 pounds. im not that fat and people think im pretty but i want to lose a bit of weight before summer and look good in a bathing suit. I had a similar amount of weight to lose as you and I wanted to lose it fast! I also feel fat in a bathing suit. Well, I have lost about 14 pounds in 10 weeks. How did I do it? With my mum I kept a count of the amount of calories and fat I was eating and then kept to below a certain amount. We had to write everything down which got boring but we soon got used to it and it really helped. We looked at a website called www.room42.com to get an idea of how many calories I should be eating and we looked up lists on the Internet of how many calories different foods were. I drank lots more water, exercised a bit more and cut a lot of the rubbish food out of my diet. I now fill myself up on fruit and veg so I don't get hungry. I can still eat things like pizza and pasta and cakes but low calorie ones so I don't feel like I am missing out on too much. One word of warning because you said about... Hey, I posted on here earlier that I was 5' 4 and 160 and that I wore size 34 in pants. Well I Just wanted to say that I'm about 150 and wear a size 33. I'm really excited. One thing, though. Does anyone know how many calories or grams of fat I need to lose weight? Also, what is a good weight and waist size for me? Like some help please.

Congrats! I have also gone from a 34 to 33 inch waist. I have lost about 7 pounds, but have worked out so I have gained 3 pounds from muscle. What I do is limit my calorie intake to 1500-1600 calories per day. room42.com has a calculator that tells you how many calories you need to gain, stay the same, or lose weight. It helps!!

Hey! I know how you feel. I weigh in at 165 and I'm on a diet that I started a few days ago. If you have a chance, check out this months Reads Digest.They have an article on losing weight. I have a calorie diary,a motivation book (pictures of skinny people) and a goal paper. I figure if I eat no more than 1500 calories, I should lose weight. Maybe it will work for you too. But make sure that you do some research first. prevention.com is a great web sight that I found. You can plan meals and excercise routines. You can also find out many calories you have burned with a special tool. TRY it. It just might work for you!
