Hey hey everybody!! Now I know how hard it is to lose this weight!! And for me it was soo hard it took me 3 and a half years to finally stop going onto a diet but by lunch time going "oh ill just have this donut now and go on to the diet tommorow!" Then the next day the same thing would happen i was so sick and tired of this always happening to me! Seriously, You have to realize the reasons for why yr losing the weight and stick to it! For me every morn i eat oats and lunch a low fat sandwich and dinner a chicken breast and 2 small potatoes and some veggies. AND ive lots over 14 lbs remember the only way you can do this is if YOU want it soo much and if you can and will go through a really hard time! Dont over do it!! start by doing 20min work yr way up to 30min in two weeks a gym membership is good because then u can use a treamill and its easy to see how fast yr going. FInd a healthy thing u like for me it was tuna! I make myself a tuna sanwich with tomatoe slices everyday, i love it so i wont stop. I still have 12lbs or less left to lose but i know i can do it and i refuse to give up! You can do it to! All i do is think about going shopping and being able to fit into all the hot clothes i couldnt before. Its as easy as that! Everythings hard at the beggining and so is true with dieting! but you get better, (practice makes perfect!) I used to weight 160lbs now i weight under 145lbs and i lost this in a month (i dont know my exact weight because i only weight myself on Sundays and its Wednesday so im not sure) By the sunday coming up im sure ill weight 140lbs and thenby the end of next month i should at least lose another 12lbs im sure of it!! then ill be 128 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WOW!!!!! meaning i can wear a size 7 or 8 instead of size 9 or ten thats a difference and im sure the boys will notice!!!!Email me with questions or if u want to know if yr diets good, Ill be completely honest! I know what you're going threw, I'm bascially the same weight as you... If you want to lose that weight then I know you can do it! It's hard at first but once that weight is off you'll feel 100 percent better. I lost 20 pounds last summer and I'm a different person!! I know you can do it!

Hi! I am a naturally confident person, and generally happy. I never used to be. I used to get teased all the time. People dont tease me anymore. I think they got bored of it. I am 5ft 5 and 196lbs. My friends say Im not fat, but they're just trying to spare my feelings. I know I am. My friends are all really thin and wear size 8 and 10 clothes. When we go shopping they go on about how they feel fat. I often feel like telling them to shutup and that they dont know what being fat feels like. I wear a size 16-18 and I hate going shopping. It gets depressing at times not being able to wear what I want but I seem to deal well with it. I really want to lose weight but it is really hard. I dont want to be `the fat one` of my group. I try to eat healthy and exercise, but I cant resist temptation and binge. I think it would be easier with a friend to diet with. All my friend are thin so I cant exactly talk to them about it. If anyone wants a dieting friend then I am more than willing. We can exchange tips and keep eachother up to date on how we are getting on.

Ok, this is a post about committment. I am currently overweight, and I have started to endure in cardiorepiratory work outs...but the problem is, how do I stay on task? I tend to slack off because I get discouraged. I have a very low metabolism, so I lose weight VERY slowly, and it's hard...I am currently in a size 16-18, and I guess my first goal is to get down to a 13...then work from there. I don't need tips on how to diet or exercise but of commitment and dedication. I would appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks a bunch! :)

Try buying a piece of clothing you really like that is too small for you. Like buy a size 13 dress. Then if you quit, you won't be able to fit into the dress. So then you get moving again. I hope this advice helps! God Bless!!!

Hey everyone!!i just wanted to tell all of u who think its impossible to lose weight, i thought the same thing but now im here to tell u that u can do it!! When i first came on here i weighed 175 pounds and now im 167 pounds! it feels great to be out of the 70's and into the 60's!! It just takes a bit of hard work and ditermination and u can do anything!!!

hey guys im a short 5'0 girl that wighs 140 lbs. i want to know if anyone knows any way 2 loss weight instead of diets ive tried and tried 2 loose weight its hard i remeber i use 2 weigh 150 i wenyt 2 132 but now im back at 140 its soooo hard. i get soo fed up that i either eat alot or dont even eat but the thing is i really dont eat alot! i know im into the mc donalds and stuff but thats not all the time. i really wanna lose weight becaus i need a guy its hard 2 get a guy with my looks. i have dated guys but like for 3 or 4 days. just its hard everyone holding hands in school wit someone and kissing and me with no one. right now my ex bf said he didnt miss out anything but just a bunch of fat!come one u know how much that hurt me! just please help me i want to look good next year for my 8th grade dance i want people to be liek omg she looks hot! so can u guys help me please *need help*

It is important to be healthy, and loosing weight overtime and gradually is important, however loosing large amounts of weigth in a short amount of time can be detremental to your health. Also, you have to want to loose weight for the write reasons. It is important to like yourself, confidence is very imprtant, more guys will like you if you have high selfesteem. Ok, to answer your question, a good way to drive yourself to loose weight is pretend your worst enemy says you can't loose weight (trick yourself) and do everything in your pwoer to proove them worng! JUST BE CAREFUL!!!
