occupy yourself with something like the tellie or do some excersize or read or book or txt a frend or phone a mate and chat.it works for me hope i helped

HI! I know that it can be very difficult to lose weight when your in the habit of eating. If you crave junk food grab an apple. If you are watching t.v. and want to eat go outside or clean. Do something to keep your mind off of food. Don't give up! you will be able to lose weight but you have to have the confidence in yourself before anyone else will.

may be i can help u may u should volunteer for something i volunteer for save a pet i run around chasing dogs when the get loose of i just play with them and it a lot of fun i was big when i was 11-14 and stared volunteering because i like dogs well i hope i could help and please e mail me if u every what to or need to talk

i do 200-500 sit ups a day and it works for me but in for it to work u have to eat right and in corperate cardio in to ur work out! and ur not trying to be britney ! dont listen to her. i think ur doing a good job ! to stop eating so much after school keep your self busy and dont think about food if u like music sing id u like to dance dance exercise do something so u dont think about eating trust i was were u were a couple days ago but instead of eating i have been exercising and ive lost 4 lbs in 2 days ! good luck u can e-mail me at sugur01@yahoo.com !

You could also join a sports team after school like track or something. Or you could join a club so you dont come home right after school.

try to occupy yourself as much as possible....go ouyt side,take a walk,or play with pets if u have any... I hope this helps and good luck! :)

If you just start joining more school sports or even out of school activities that will help alot. I'm a cheerleader and when I started cheerleading i wieghed 132 now i wiegh 103 you should try it good luck

I always say I'll start tomorrow too. But then I started turning on some music before I went to get a snack, and instead of going and getting a snack I started dancing (in the privacy of my bedroom). I lost 40 pounds and grew about 4 inches (in about a years time)

First of all, lean pockets are tasty. Second of all, instead of eating, force yourself to find something useful and better to do. For example, if you feel the urge go turn on one of those excersize videos you have, or go for a walk. Ususally after you work out, you dont feel like eating anymore. Or what works for me is if i have a craving, i go and brush my teeth, because i cant stand eating anything when i just cleaned my mouth.(it may not work for you).

Hey you guys, I'm starting a better diet that will work but will just be difficult. I'm not gonna eat breakfest, I mean you should but it's what got me overweight to begin with. For lunch a sandwhich, no mayo, and a fruit. Dinner will either be w/e my mom cooks, she cooks healthy or a salad with Tuna or fruit salad. Ive started going to aerobics classes for an hour and a half 3 times a week, monday, sunday, wednesday BOY THEY HURT lol. And I'll be swimming when im not hurting or bored lol. To prevent binge eating ill be cleaning, playing with makeup, dancing, reading or writing or out with friends. I have to lose weight, i think im pretty in the face but slightly overweight. Wish me luck!
