if you have chocolate in the house try to ask someone in your house to hide it somewhere where you dont no where it is i hope this helps you can lose weight go for it

Stop drink sodas! (Easier said than done) I was so addicted to pepsi, but I stopped drinking it. You have to just cut it in half and then slowly get yourself off it. Start drinking water instead, its so much healthy. Good luck!

don`t give up! and just try little by little taking things out maybe it`s a coke a cookie whatever but if you take one little junk food out everyday you will take more and more out everyday! and also you need to exercise if it`s jus 5 minutes of walking or bike riding or whatever you will see results maybe not right but in time! if you need anything you could e-mail me at sevenlady865@yahoo.com!

i have that problem all the time. before u go into like a bag of chips, ask your self, "isn't there somthing i could eat healthier?" or "am i really that hungery?" if that doesn't work, try to do somthing that takes up alot of your time so u don't have any time to think about junk food at all.

hey if u really wanted to u could see my couzin has lost 10lbs in 2 weeks just cuttin wayyyy bak on her food she cut icecream,chips and soda outta her diet all together!! and she rarely eats take out food, and she excercises everynite wether by workout tapes or by her own excercises!!

hey, if you check out the food bar of this website it help u eat better, part of what i did was to stop eating pizza compeletly,god it was hard, but u have to run 8 miles just to work it off without it turning into fat, if you eat -healthy- and excercise at least 30 min a day, you'll lose a lot of wieght, if its about ur stomach, do some crunches. I take Tae-Bo w/ billy blanks and its awesome, tone up fast let me tell u. Anywayz, hoped i could help.

hey im around ur age too. just wandered upon this site actually. im 17, and ive always been overweight. ive never been unhealthly really fat, because im like 6'2, but my highest was 210 lbs. that was a few months ago, now im down to 190 and i still have about 20 more lbs to go til im really really slim, but trust me it feels so good losing this weight. and really i didnt do anything. i didnt even try.. seriously, CUT OUT THE JUNKFOOD! thats AAAAAAAALL i did. i dont even drink water or anything, but i just cut out the junkfood and desserts and its done wonders! it may not work for a long long time cause ur body will get immune to not eating the junkfood, but it will put u off to a great start, and u can still save urself one day of the week for a real treat. goodluck! keep me posted!
