I'm very depressed right now and actually crying. I don't know If I even want to live anymore. All I want In life is to lose this weight and I keep gaining. I'm 150.. was 145.. and the scale keeps going up. I'm homeschooled because I get embarrassed of myself in school and I never do anything with friends..I always make up excuses because I feel fat. Some one please give me advice. I can't stick to anything. I always eat to numb the pain and I can't stop. I try to exersize but it doesn't make up for the calories I consume. I just feel hopeless. I'll miss out on so much waiting for the weight to come off. I want to weigh 110 so it will take 20-40 weeks if I lose 1-2 pounds a week .. and that's just to damn long to wait. I feel like I'm missing out.. I don't want to lose my friends .. I need help..please e mail me if you can help..PainFilledEyes21@aol.com

HEY! First you need to think positive! You can do this ! I use to think it was so hard but don't think how much you want to loose think I lost (lets say 10) and go from that! Then by time you know it you will be where you want to be! And hunny I am homeschooled to and I know it is hard with the food being there for you anytime ! But what I do is I think ok I want that so instead of trying to hold my self bac I would eat a small portion(like 5 chips instead of 10) Well I hope this all helps you I know you can do!! Ht. 6'0", Today: 400 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - This is my 1st time on the site and i fink i have the worst case on here im 13 6ft and 400 lbs! i cnt walk dwn the stairs i have eough trouble walking 2 the bathroom i comforteat i have 2 i stay in bed all day bored my mum homeschools me so i have no friends im all alone never been kissed im ugly and fat i have 5 chins a pot belly and ginormous thighs i cant exercise and cant diet because my mum insists on 3 meals a day and some snacks (she thinks it healthy) i have 2 older sisters 15 and 18 and they r size 4s and eat 3 meals a day and snacks they dont talk 2 me i need help a.s.a.p

Hi Halle, I'm homeschooled too. It's hard for us to get p.e. because of the fact, which lead to my weight gain. I understand about staying in your room when you're bored, I did the exact same thing... But its important to use that time to help lose weight by execising. Your Mom is right, eating 3x daily is healthy for you and helps your metabolism rate stay high. Just don't eat as much as you usually do, I've heard a lot of ppl say that its good to cut what you eat in half, try that. I'd like to by your weight loss buddy if that's okay with you.
