I feel so down now. Yesterday i binged on just about everything that i could get my hands on and i couldn't stop, It was really bad, I knew that I was conciouslly binging but I COULDN'T stop. I know that i was upset over something a stupid guy said in gym and that was why i was binging. I need help. How can i sort of my emotional stuff and not go to food. Seriously i know i have felt my feelings before and i don't wanna feel them again. I've been depressed before ( even though i wasn't diagnosed, when u think about sucide for almost a whole week, then your pretty sure that ur depressed after you come out of it and relise how stupid u were even to think that crap) anyways that was two years ago, but i deffiantly don't wanna go back there. I just don't know wut i should do to raise my confidence and self respect. I really wanna join or sport team or so sumtime of after school sctivity. Maybe that while allow me to be myself and make friends and such, but i its a longshot. I donno why I'm just going on like this. I just geuss that it reminded me of the oringinal reason of wanting to loose weight was after that bout of depression and well I don't want to go through that again to get a kick start into loosing weight. If ya know wut i mean. I was doing so good, especially since i had just fineshed JAy McGraw's book while i was home sick and I was following the steps that identified everything (like emotional eating)I just don't know wut i did wrong. Ht. 6'4", Today: 300 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Hi, I have a major problem. I'm overweight, 300 pounds, and I'm 6ft 4 inches tall. I'm bigger than everybody in class, including the teachers, priciple, everybody! I get teased alot, and would like to lose 80 to 100 pounds. Even my older sisters friends who are like 23,24, 25 years old come over to the house, and they act scared of me, cuz they are so small, and they are like....Oh my god....please don't crush me. I dont think I over eat, so i don't know why I'm so overweit. Help!

kerry i'm really worried about you! I'm with Tricia with the asking if you are really hungry before you eat. More than likely you are eating for comfort or ur depressed. Trust me i kno how that is! I think u should start keeping a diary to sort through ur feelings instead of eating through them. Talk to your family, too! tell them how you feel. O and i haven't had a b/f either, and i kno how u feel because i feel so lonely without having one and then seeing most of the other girls with their b/f at skewl. don't worry though. how i look at it is, if they're so shallow just to look on the outside and not see who i am on the inside then they aren't worth me anyways! i wish u the best of luck, and i hope that u can get to your goals, chellie

Is there an eating disorder for people who cant stop eating or always has to eat? Id really like to know. Im a very strong willd person and im not really one to let things stand in my way, but i've been heavy all my life and i've been on so many diets, its like when someone tells me im fat, i find something to eat, Im so tired of being fat, im scared to get on another diet cause i know when someone says something to me ill be off it and i cant take letting myself down any more! i write down my probs in my notebook and under each prob i write a plan wat im gonna do about it. like... 1) this jerk at school calls me names in front of my mates, so my plan i wrote is to smile at him and dont pay it no mind, 2) i suck at math,so my plan is to get a tutor. 3) i suck at cricket ball in pe so my plan is to pratice every weekend with my dad. so.. thems r my plans... and if i want to grab a bag of chips cuz im stressin, i go shoot hoops or to outback on my bike w/ my dog. keep urself busy. hope this helps.

everyone is saying not to buy diet pills, but what about things like green tea packets for weight loss and little other "slim downs" they sell? I would never buy anything with endperhra or w/e its called, see my problem is I haev an emotionl addiction to food for a serisous reason I can not put on this website, I have tried eathing healthy and exercsing but I just do not have the will power and stregnth from my past tradagey to do this. I really need diet pills or some kind of "scam" to give me the motoviation and keep me on track, please reply soon, I am leaving at 7 tonight to buy something

i have a BIG problem(no pun intended) i cant stop eating! even when im not hungry i just eat! PLEASE HELP ME! i actually am not really hungry most of the day i just eat.one time i decided 'thats it' but my family and friends asked if i was going to starve myself. i was like'im just not hungry' but they didnt belive me, especially at restaurants or lunch at school. i seriously wasnt hungry but ive fallen back to my old ways! do any of u have suggestions? i know u dont like always replying to everyone but IT WOULD REALLY HELP!!!

Other things to try is think about how you will feel after eating, wont you feel better about yourself if you drink a glass of water instead? Also when you get a food craving, DO NOT try to eat something else, you will end up eating everything in sight, but that food, and end up consuming way more calories.
