Go for walks, more and more each day. Go as far as you can and slowly work your way up, it works! Also, watch what you eat. No more soda or sweets or junk. Eat apples! :) Good luck!

Awww, I know how you feel! I was 167 pounds (When I was 14) and it was so annoying! All of my friends weighed so much less. I would suggest that you go on walks everyday (2+ miles) because it really works. Also, drink water and watch what you eat (No sweets or junk food! Eat an apple instead!). I hope it works out! I know exactly how you feel.

Hi my name is Garey this is my first time writing here. i am 5'7 and 190 lbs. I am a guy. i just felt i had afew things to say about myself being obese. Since it is summer every single day has been excruciatingly hot like 95 degrees plus. I dont have a pool but my neighbors all do. One of my neighbors is 9 years old and has a little sister thats three. so i went over and the older brother and sister all had friends over. and this is like the skinniest family in the world so i'm the fat one there. hey dont worry about it i used to feel the same way your feeling because everyone one on my street is skinny but all i do now is cut my food in half and and run everyday for 30 minutes or so and i run around my house, dance and do push-up's and crunches. and i am not like really big i have a tummy thats it. well dont worry appeciate your body and just exercise because you have to love your self in order to loose weight i know im not sometimes comfortable with the way i look but i still love myslef and i am becoming more comfortable.(a tip:you know if you get that game dance dance revolution and play for one hour a day for 30 days you can loose 30 pounds or more it's in a health magizine) i do that everyday and it's fun to learn how to do those funnie dance's even if you stay at beginner.it really helps.. well i hope this helps ~~~**Ayla**~~~

Plus they are very slow and moderate its not one of those workouts that u suffer or u wish they would just be over WINDSOR PILATES really do have effect and i heard u can lose weight faster it really does work.

Hey,thanx james for telling me all that stuff, appreciate it. hav u got a chart or sumthing? thanx anyway. and if uip sees this plz reply.the reason im msg is : to recommend KICKBOXING!!! im seriously hooked, kickboxing is badass!!!ive only had 4 classes. it teaches you strength speed, is a great workout and you learn self defence. when i finish my class im on such a high, really confident. and thats what counts right? its ok slogging it at da gym, doing weights or set or even worst da STATIONERY BIKE (personally pet hate there lol) but if you odnt enjoy it then whats the point? you end up getting bored and giving after a few weeks anyway!! so my advice is to literally go and find a sport that u honestly enjoy (eg KICKBOXING!!) lik swimming, or badminton. mite as well do sumthng that makes you feel good right?? c ya 'round shelly x

They are like situps, except you don't go all the way down. If you don't know what sit ups are like- here is my best description of a crunch- Lie on your back with knees bent. Either cross arms over chest or put hands on your head so elbows stick out (if you do it this way, when you come up MAKE SURE YOU AREN"T PULLING YOUR HEAD WITH YOUR ARMS). Contract abdominal muscles and raise yourself so you are either at a 45 degree angle or your shoulder blades are off the floor. Return to the floor controlling the movement for best results. Going slowly gets the best results. To develop some good abs- start with 2 sets of 15 and work up to 20 or more sets of 15. Also combine with other ab movements such as leg raises or twists for obliques and lower abdominal muscles.

Hey if u want a great way to get some exercise this summer...why don't u try to get some kind of paper or flyer route...most routes don't require a car or getting up early in the morning plus you earn money while getting the exercise that u want!hope i help:)

Sit-ups help tone the muscles in your midsection, which can help protect your back as well as improve your physique. When done wrong, however, sit-ups can be a waste of time--and possibly even harmful.
