walk to get the mail, take the stairs instead of elevator, walk the dog, go to parks, walk 30-40 minutes ontreadmill, eat no sweets for 4 wks. Try it! youll feel so much better! sincerly ivanna

someone please help me. i can't stop myself from eating too much. i always get this craving for junk food after school and just eat way too much. i get really depressed all the time bacuse of this. if anyone have any advice, please reply thank u

you know what? they should make all skinny people wear a fat suit for a day so they can see what its like to be treated by everyone else as a bigger person. It really annoys me that people treat you differently when you are fat. Anyone else agree?

Don't assume that all skinny people have never had a weight problem.I was anorexic from age 10 to 13. When i was 8 - 9 i weighed 120 pounds and was always teased about my weight. I felt terrible, like a lump and always awkward and ugly! Now my weight is stable and i am only a few pounds below my recomended weight. So i look skinny and i still have an eating problem (i hate to eat!) but i still feel exactly the same way inside as i did when i was fat!

first of all don't call your self fat do you want to know why because if i had have spent more time focussing on making myself healthy in stead of calling myself fat i would weigh alot less than i do now which is 280ish just keep on trying and incourage yourself and good luck

hey~ive been in ur situation. i weighed 140 lbs. and i wasnt happy with myself. since, i joined gymnastics, drank water instead of dr.pepper, and ate lots of fruits&veggies. I started excercising at least 5 times a week by doin a 10 minute a day workout of abs of steel. and every week i would reward myself by eating 1 thing i enjoy eating, like a breakfast of eggs and bacon, and then working out that evening. that was two months ago. now i weigh 127 pounds& proud of it!!!!

A REALLY good exercise tape is Tae Bo. It's a combo of all these different things like aerobics and self defense, it's so fun, and you feel like the karate kid afterwards! I did 1 video that was about 30 minutes long everyday once, for a week, and I lost 2 pounds, without dieting. It's great!

hey guys, i recently decided that i NEED to loose weight, (i'm 5'2 and 150 lbs) and so i only eat healthy stuff. but is it ok to eat grape nuts? they say that they are healthy, but my friends mum said that too many can make you fat! i eat about 2 bowls a day, what d'you think? luv sophz : )

Hi Sophiya, too much of anything can make you fat. (Too much fruit can make you fat!)If you eat more calories than you burn you'll gain weight, and vice-versa. I'm not sure what grape nuts are, but it's probably better to just eat 1 small bowl. Check and see how many calories there are. (:
