FREE WORKOUT TIPS GIRL...i guess it will work for guys too if they dont mind going to a girls workout site...well anyways...heres what you do..go to shape.com and in the top of the page theres gonna be some links you want to click on the "get fit" link. Now you just pick one of the articles and print out the workouts that they give to you...trust me they work!!! and if you want to get your cardio and weight training workout at the same time just do an exercise then run in place (or any other moderate arobic activity) till the count of eighty..do this after every exercise you do..VOILA you've gotten youre cardio with your resistance training....ok good luck...and remember if i can loose 143 lbs then you can too...

Ht. 5'3", Start: 145 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - Hey, I'm 14 year's old and I'm 5'3 and weigh 150 lbs. I have been trying to lose weight for a while now and guess what happedned?? I GAINED 5 POUNDS. All my friends are skinny and THEY ALL EAT MORE THAN ME!!!! I think that they all have fast matabolism and I have a very slow one. not really true yes you will get alot of bulky muscles but whos going to do that many? take breaks u wont Joyce L. Vedral toning for teens its a really good book go buy it i have it and it helps alot

Hi everyone, I am trying to lose weight like most of you and i usually do really well. But during the holiday i just lose control and because im not used to eating junk, when i have it in the holiday seasons i get sick. I was just wondering and hoping someone might have some advice or helpful tips to get through the season while everyone else is eating junk and you are surrounded by treats. Thanks for the help

Hey todd..a couple ways to lose weight is to exercise everyday. like walk or run. also i know aerobic tapes work..billy banks is good and so is tamilee web. also try to eat healthy food..i dont know any diets but u can prob. ask ur doctor and they will tell u 1. hope i helped. -Angel

Hi, My story isn't really a true success story; even though I lost over 20 pounds in only two months. I was anorexic and became so due to children at my school making fun of me for being 135 pounds. All of my friends were and still are very skinny. I wanted to be like them so I just ate a meal about twice a week for a long time. Before I knew it I was down to 112 pounds. My parents really started noticing then and took me to the doctor who then in turn told me to "get some concealing." So I did that. It worked for a while but trust me people, once you start being anorexic, it is soooo hard to stop. I went through serious depression and lost many friends and ruined many relationships along the way. I think that even though I am a lot more skinnier than I used to be if I could do it all over again I would have accepted the way I was before. Please take my advice and never just stop eating, it can really mess your whole life up.

there is this thing callied walk of the weight ( pounds) it does work u can walk a mile in your house !! its great i lost 2 in in like 3 days i was amazed u just walk in place for the time limit is over and you atcaully walked a mile with out going anywere! But you also must diet too!! sorry just use portion sizes!! easy! also if u are still hungry drink water
