You are in control of the boredom- I just gave you something fun and exciting to do but you can also journal write, read, I could go on... Eating is fun- we all love it- it tastes good and usually makes us happy but if we put too much energy in(food) and not enough energy out(exercise) were gonna be in trouble... keep in mind this... You are young- you are a growing girl... Focus on NOT gaining any more weight and making these changes in keeping busy- your height will eventually catch up with your weight... Just keep active!!! Never eat out of boredom and never reward yourself with food- Just so you will know- I'm 5'1 and I'm done growing.... Your lucky!!!!! You have no problem- tell yourself I have control- I'm doing this!! Full speed ahead!! Get Movin Belle!!! Best to you!!! (view less)

Welcome to the "I'm no longer in school and I eat cause I'm bored show...." You gained weight because there is nothing (such as your classes at school) to keep you from eating. Try doing activities with people to keep your mind off food.
