well ppl have been tellin me to walk/run/jog everyday. also u need to stop eating junk food and tell ur parents not to buy any junk food that will b 2 tempting. have them buy good fruits and veggies such as apples oranges and carrots. drink lots of water and if u have a trampoline jump on it everyday. if u have a pool do some neat tricks in there that will benefit to losing weight. also put on a great cd that gets u up and dancin to tha music but dont go all crazy and get dizzy. do some dancing and stretching at the same time. thats what we did in my dance class. we would warm up to a great song at first then we'd start learning the dance. but u can just make up some dance moves and that will work too. good luck~!~!

Hi,
I have a good idea, you can get lean Cuasines, some are really BAD but then there are some that are really good! You should try fetticenni alfredo, or fetticenni alfredo with chicken.They have lots of great stuff. Also walk a mile a day, I know that sounds bad but really its not if you just walk, and if you don't have a mile of land like me walk up and down your street, or around you house. walk as much as you can and if you do these things every day that wieght will be off in no time.

Hey! Ok.....This might seem a little hard but it's really not if you stick to it.
First of all, you don't need soft drinks or candy. (HARDEST PART HAHA). Do not eat foods high in : Sugar, Fat, Calories, Carbohydrates, or Salt! Here are some of the things I eat : Grilled chicken, Grilled Fish, Grilled shrimp, Salad, Healthy Cereal, Fruit, Vegetables, Steak, Salsa(eat without chips), and more. Now, if you will learn to eat things like this, it will help your body to be much healthier. There is a quote that has helped me that goes like this...."Do you eat to live or live to eat?" (Think about that! Let that sink in for a minute) Ok, and I exercise daily. I go to a gym but if you can't i would suggest running, walkin, and jogging everyday. Start one day and go for 10 minutes. Just eat healthier and drink lots of water. Don't forget to exercise! Every night, go for a walk or a jog. That's a great way to stay healthy and get some physical activity. Remember, that losing weight does take time, but if you do it slower, it is more likely to stay off and you will be satisfied with your results. Good luck and I hope that I helped.

I know how you feel...
ON this website they say to eat like you do now but cut down the portions (in half or take of a third )... eat more fruit and veggies, and drink light soda isntead of regular
Sports helps heaps as it makes you feel better, and accept your body with its own "imperfections".... do something you like like volleyball, basket ball.... swimming !!!
This discipline is difficult to stick to at the beginning (like 2 first weeks') but your stomach retracts and after it's easier.... though there is always a slip here and there !!!

Next, you have to fight the cravings. Do anything you can before you eat. Play video games, watch a movie that you haven't seen before and hide the remote, or do something else. Then if you still have a craving wait 5 minutes before you get up. Then...wait 5 more...
Next, teach yourself to use PORTION CONTROL. That means, if you usually eat a half a bag of Doritos, stop, look at the SERVING SIZE (for Doritos (11 chips), and leave the bag in the kitchen. I know 11 Doritos doesn't seem like a lot, but if you crunch them up you'll have even more (but you'll STILL be eating that 11)...

I HAVE TIPS FOR LOSING WEIGHT AND KEEPING IT OFF.  1. Most people think that it's what they eat is why they're fat. That's true in some cases but it's also HOW MUCH OF IT that you eat.  2. Soda isn't good. I recommend drinking water, tea, and this drink called crystal light. Crystal Light has only 5 calories per serving. (those 3 are the best)  3. Add more fruits and veggies to your diet.  4. Many people think that once they lose the pounds go back to eating as normal. That doesn't work. You will only gain the weight back possibly more. So you have to change your eating habibts for life to keep the weight off. I'm not saying you have to be on a diet for the rest of your life...i'm saying when you've lost the weight you desire don't go back to eating junk food all day. Sure you can have chips and cupcake but don't have 3 or 4 cupcakes try sticking to 1.  GOOD LUCK!!!

Hey. Don't eat after your full. And run and walk everyday or go to the gym and work out 3-7 days a week. Eat grilled foods and fruits and vegetables. I know this works cuz b/c i've lost 40 lbs. good luck

Hi Bethany. My name is Ryne and I'm overwieght also but I'm doing something about it. About 5 or 6 weeks ago I weighed 245 pounds. Now I weigha little less than 205 pounds. I want to get down to 175. Well, I was getting rude things said to me also until finally I decided to do something about it and lose weight. I go to the gym most of the week and work out. Here is my work out: Bicycle/2 sets of 15 minutes...stride machine/2 sets of 15 minutes....and i do some of the machines. If you can't get to a gym then here's what i would do...Walk one day for about 10 minutes and everyday raise the time a little bit until you get to 30 minutes. When you eat, eat grilled foods instead of fried. Don't eat salty foods. Drink water instead of coke. Eat vegetables and fruit. I know this sounds hard and it is for the first week or so but it worked for me. I can resist fatty foods now and i feel good... (view more)

cut everything u usually eat in half, drink water(add swetner if u hav 2) and walk a little more everyday!! it worked for me. i was 182, now i am 120!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!good luck!
