Over spring break im vacationing in hawaii...Im on atkins and doing very well..i highly recomend Atkins or the South Beach diet...they are both very effective..hmm i like my socks

Hey, I was wondering how much weight you can lose on the Atkins diet in 4 weeks?? Like a average.... my stepdad doesn't want me on the atkins, he says its not healthy cuz I weigh 122 which isn't overweight, but Im gonna try neway, and I want to start on Monday, I'm visiting my friend in March and we are going to get a hotel room for her b-day and go swimming in the hotel pool, and at the bottem I have a chubby tummy and I want to get rid of it before march, I wanna look good in a bikini... if you have ne ideas for me besides atkins plez let me know asap :)

hi ppi'm 5'8 & 170, all the fat is on my tummy, the problem is that i really have a great body! i could totally be a model but well i have some weight there if u kno what i mean, but like it doesnt matters to me!!! i kno im hot!! when ppl is mean to u, u only have to think hours about y theyr r being mean to u?!?!??! and i get to the conclusion that the human being is mean by nature, and no all the world has to likes u!!! like look at " perfect " ppl like briteny spears shes totally hot and lots of ppl hate her!, i think that self confidence worths wayyy alot more then ur looks!IM in this private rich school and like all my friends r soooo hot and they have the last amrni, louis vuitton season, but i realy can tell that it worths way alot more urself confidence, iv seen totally hot girls dating ugly boys only coz of theyr mind!!so is ok so to lose weight! i mean i want to! but it isnt eveything!! and even if u lose it and u keep thinking on u as an overweight perso that doesnt works!!good luck! and no everything is the image!

Well everyone its all about cuttin back on calories so imma try something like 220-240 calories per meal and see how that works out.

Hey I did pretty good yesterday, too! lol seems like yesterday was a great day for just about everyone! :) I really need to learn how to kick late night snacking......thats whats prob been holding me back all along. Any suggestions to help that are muchly aprreciated. Also Does anyone know if it is better to do weight trained (ie. the firm) before I do my cardio (ie. tae-bo)I didn't kno if it made a difference, but everything i read said to do cardio first, but they gave no specific reason. I am a young girl and i am very overweight. I need some ideas on how to lose weight. I have a boyfriend who looks at other girls and wonder why i weigh so much more than them. I HOPE YOU GUYS ARE KEEPING UP WITH THIS! I HOPE I SERVE SOME SORT OF MOTIVATIONAL VALUE. Today i walked with my friend to another friends house, trhen to the library, thjen to pizzacato, then to starbucks, so it was at least 2-2.5 miles. It rained on the way back, and it was cold, but it was really nice. Today, I had two pieces of bacon and two pancakes for breakfast, a pice of pizza/ chocolate covered grahm cracker and most of my chai tea latte(it was a tall) and two leftover pancakes for dinner. That's not twobad as i see it, since i walked all that way!
