From Aaron, child's age 15 My child has been overweight since he was about 9, but lately i think its been getting out of hand. Let me start from the beggining... A few years ago, he had ballooned up to about 260 and he was about 12, so we decided that it would be in his best interest to go to Weight Watchers. He went, and lost about 40 pounds in a few months, at the time he had also been involved in football, which got him a lot of exercise. After he lost all his weight, he stopped going to weight watchers, and the football season ended. All was good for a little while, then the next year came along and he didnt want to join football. All he did was sit on his butt, watch tv, eat, and get fatter. He gained all of his weight back, plus more. At 15, he has reached his top weight of 310 pounds. This is getting out of hand. He huffs and puffs up the stairs and cant do anythign physical for very long. I NEED HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM!! IF YOU CAN HELP, PLEASE EMAIL ME AT TROMAN2345@yahoo.com |
