Eat at the table always, don't eat after dinner, always serve a fruit and a veggie with dinner so it balances calories, don't make leftovers, just drinking skim milk vs. whole will result in a 18lbs wt loss in one year..small changes that do not make you feel deprived. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store and skip the inner isles they contain the processed foods. Get a health magazine subscription they have awewome stories about weight loss and great meal ideas, muscle magazines are great especially for boys. |
