Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 12 Ht. 5, Wt. 130 - omg.yesterday, i had oatmeal for brekky, a few baked potato wedges and two oven chicken strips for lunch, then i ate no snacks.i did a 30 minute walk away the pounds excersice, and for supper i had a piece of bread, some ceaser salad,pasta, and a couple bites of cheesecake.. i gained two pounds! what is up with that and what am i doing wrong!!??? |
