Ht. 5, Wt. 130 - Ive made this eat healthy week. for breakfast i usually have grapfruit, and then a sandwich, wrap or salad for lunch. My mom is a health freAk and makes really healthy meals, so i eat small portions of those.I also do this thing with her called LIfe Lift, its supposed to help you for everything, inch-loss, circulation, a healthy heart. Anyways its only 15 minutes and cost $9. The one i use is called The Oxygen Zoo.Ive alkready lost like 2 pounds in 3 days. I feel really good aftwer i make a hEalthy choice. And i think i am finally on the way to steady, safe weight loss.
