Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 150 - Hola! Ok I have a snacking problem. I'm constantly going to the fridge and stuff for snacks. And not like cake and ice cream and things that have a million calories in them but like bread, sushi, fruit snacks, whatever. I always tell myself: Ok. Tomorrow I'm gunna start this diet/excercise plan. But I can't get myself to start! Can someone tell me a way to get rid of my snacking problem, help me get started, and tell me how to loose 20 lb. in a month and 30 lb. in three months? *If thats possible* Thanks everyone so much!
