Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - Hey Everybody- I'm really fat and I carry most of my weight in my abdonimal area. I'm sick of nasty remarks from people and ready to weigh 130 pounds! Do you think this diet will work? Breakfast: Life vanilla yogurt crunch w/ skim milk Lunch: Whole grain bread on turkey breast, swiss, and tomatoes Snack: Fruit Kabob Dinner: Lemon Marinated Chicken Wrap w/ brocolli and carrots Dessert: Weight Watchers Fudge Bar
