If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Natalie, Age 12 Ht. 5'4, Wt. 181 - Hey, I think that if I eat really healthy foods and exercise 2 hours a day on a stair-stepper, that would work. Not 2 hours all in 1 time... spread it out through the day 30 min. at a time. Do y'all think this is a better idea?? |
