Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.2 - Hey people! I haven't been on here in a long time but I'm completely stuck and i'm joining weight watchers with my mom. today i did pretty good so far: breakfast- lowfat muffin, light yogurt, piece of cantelope/45 min. walk/lunch: 1 piece of bread, SMALL slice of eggplant parmigana, and light yogurt. I think in about an hour I'm gonna do either my pilates of cardio tape. how am i doin? |
