Breakfast: quacker oatmeal Lunch: a whole wheat sandwich with fatfree miricle whip lean turket breast with veggiews( or sald if u prefer) dinner: eay what ever is served if it is a family dinner( i have to eat with my family while keeping this diet a secret) BUT eat SMALLLLLLLER portions. eat SLOW so u know when u are full. for snacks eat fruit or veggies. EXERCISING walking REALLY helpSS!! walk 30( if your able if your not start with 15 mins 2 times a day) minutes twice a day and gradually do more. walk to the store instead of biking. walk to the library and park. you also should try to bike . what i do when im biking i look at houses. ( which i LOVE doing) and dont be shy gbab a friend to walk with or go rollerblading. i really hope this works!!! p.s DO NOT EAT AFTER 7 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER! AND HAVE FUN AND GOOOOOOD LUCK!!! i wish the best for u all!! |
