Ht. 5'6, Wt. 167 - Pretty much all I drink is ice water. In place of soda or milk or juice or anything, I'll just have a nice big glass of ice water. It really helps! It's a great substitute for any drink. Plus, I always get my 8 glasses a day! Also, It's great for a snack while watching TV. You never get hungry if you're drinking lots of water. I can get by by eating breakfast and dinner, and water as my lunch. So, drink ice water all day, and keep excersizing, and I gaurrantee that you WILL lose weight.
