Ht. 5'7, Wt. n/a - deep down i know the only way to lose weight is to eat right and excercise but this month i havn't been doing much beside going to the gym and swimming a bit. my main problem is i binge when im bored. its usually not that unhealthy but its extra calories i dont need and i sometimes aren't even hungry. so anyone got any suggestions? thanx =D
