Ht. 5'1'', Wt. 153 - I started a NEW weight loss plan today. I plan on working out 6 ties a week and losing 3 pounds every two weeks. My mom is doing the same thing, except 1 pound instead of 3. We have rewards for every pound/ 3 pounds. Like rock climbing, canoeing, skating, etc. At the end when we lose our goal the reward is a day at the spa! The plan is really helping me, 'cause it gives me something to look foward to when I lose the weight!
